Very Nice service apartment. Wish the Blanket inside the waredrobe be More Clean next time, use for 10 Minute Already got mite Bite all over My arm. The rest all is Great.

This "hotel" used to be condos so there is no reservation deck/reception which presents a unique problem. Someone meets in the entrance, no ID, no name tag or uniform. They give you two key cards but doesn't explain how you need to use them. You get a phone number if you need anything and i made more calls to that number than back home to my family! 1st room was so disgusting i wouldn't sit on the couch due to the stains. Gentlemen who came up couldn't care less and really didn't understand why! Next room the a/c didn't work and after 3 service calls and half my dayit barely worked so i got a fan! Then the a/c poured water and soaked the bedroom carpet and they used my towels to clean it up! 3 more service calls and finally fixed but wouldn't change my room for the wet floors because i was checking out the next day... Don't walk away from this place, RUN! I won't talk about the mold and bugs!!!

初アパートメントホテル？やっぱり普通のホテルがおすすめ。

アパートメントホテル形式ということで、どんな感じかなと初挑戦でしたが、まあ、散々な結果でした。まずフロントロビーがありません。一見あるように見えるのですが、そこは別のホテルのロビー、同じ建物の中に、普通のホテルと民泊のようなアパートメントホテルが同居している感じです。アパートメントホテルの方はフロントが無く、見るからにいかがわしそうなバングラディシュ人が直接部屋を案内するシステム。サービス料と税金は確か払ったはずなのに、一泊10リンギット別に取られました。当然フロントに直接繋がる電話は部屋に無く、担当時のパングラ人に電話するシステム。当然英語は通じず、現地の言葉ということになります。わたしの滞在した部屋は、トイレは詰まり溢れるし、バスタブはあるものの、お湯はぬるく役に立ちません。バスタオルとバスマットをセットし忘れていて、どこに連絡するのかわからない状態。まあ、散々なホテルといった感じ、ただし、部屋は広いですよ。そこだけは大変良かった感じです。

値段と広さが売り。あとは‥

施設は良いです。 ただロビーがテーブル一個で担当を電話で呼び出してそこからチェックインチェックアウトしなきゃいけないという面倒くささ。私はWi-Fiしか持ってなく、海外で電話すると高額になるので、警備員の人(？)に電話してもらいました。 これが本当に手間で面倒！ お部屋は広く、快適なんですが‥清掃が行き届いてないなーって感じです。前の客のものと思われるペットボトルのキャップとひまわりの種が落ちていました。 あと細かいかもですが、マレーシアはBFタイプのコンセントなのにCタイプのドライヤーがありました。かなり？？？ ただ好立地値段が5000以下という魅力は捨てきれません。あとプールがあるらしいです。(私はつかいませんでしたが。)

It was hard to find no signage and it’s run by a bunch of people who appear to book out at a floor in a hotel then sub let all of the rooms! Their is no reception and finances like key deposit etc were all negotiated in the room, it’s all very weird.

Firstly, all those exceptional comments cannot be true at all. hotel.com please take action. This is not a hotel. This is a service apartment with a bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone this property unless you are desperate to stay in the area with little cash. Horrible

Initial access to property was difficult as no open reception available and needed an appointment to get in. Room was run down and in need of a refurbishment. The door in the shower needed a seal to prevent water leaking into bathroom and the bath leaked badly from underneath the outlet. Apart from that the view was outstanding. Checking out was difficult as a pre arranged time had to be made to get the deposit back and then they didn't turn up until they were reminded (nearly an hour later). Wouldn't stay there again unless they got their act together.
