Had a problem checking in, but after it was straightened out? The stay was excellent. The staff at the facility was very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate me.

The photograph did not match the property. The apartment we got was quite "lived in". Transportation to and from the airport was not provided. Interactions with the host felt like some sort of side hustle, as we did not check in and out at the hotel desk. The view from the room was exceptional and the AC worked well.

No service details were provided as to how to get the hot water service to work. There was a leak from near the bathtub causing a permanent slipping hazard in the bathroom area. No nozzle attached to the toilet personal washer. Black mold over the shower area. The freezer section of the fridge required us to chisel out the massive build up of frost. We had to ask several times to get the Wi fi details as there was no information provided. When we left after 5 night stay, the bin was overflowing as we had no room service for the duration of our stay. There were no teaspoons, glassware or tea towels provided and , again were only supplied after several requests. Multiple power outlets did not function. Several light bulbs had burnt out. There were signs of water ingress in the roof from 2 holes in the ceiling.. The bath towels were of a quality that is normally afforded to prisoners. All in all, the room was showing acute lack of maintenance and the management did not seem to care.
