Had the best stay although it was just one night. Booked the wrong room & requested for an extra bed but Siraj was kind enough to upgrade us to the Family Room FOC 😄
The room was very spacious, clean and complete with all amenities. Biggest advantage is the location of the hotel that is right at the heart of Jalan TAR. Mom had the best time doing her early Raya shopping.
Overall, 10/10 would come again!
Location of the hotel is very spot on, the hotel arrangement is also good by splitting sleeping area with common area. The room was very clean, friendly staff and most importantly, I have enjoyed my times there.
Strategic location.Hotel is comfortable and clean.We are staying at the 7th floor,at every morning will smell the cooking from the cafe at the 8th floor(can be improved on this). The pipe very close to the flush make it harder to use it.

a receptionist who works at night on 22.02.2017 was very rude . He said that he is a director of that hotel. And he will complaint to supervisor to check us..And i already apologize about this case,,but he still look like dissatisfied.
With such a state can not be entered by 3 people while I had booked two rooms for 3 people with children. Arrogant do not want to smile to customers. Other receptionist love to smile.
