The room was clean by the time I arrived but I have problem with the toilet , its a bit smelly and the bed sheet got stain , one more thing , I think they should have a fridge in the hotel room because I think its important , but overall this hotel is okay for traveller because its near to the lrt station and easy access to shopping mall and train central but not for the family trip or else ..

Zentrales Hotel zum Weiterreisen ohne Atuo

Das Hotel liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Zentralbahnhof Sentral entfernt. Ideal wenn man Weiterreisen möchte. Flughafen, Batu Caves, Petronas Towers, Bus Terminal ist alles mit einer Bahnfahrt zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist Reichhaltig. Trotz der Lage an einer sehr befahrenen Straße hat man diese im 6. Stock kaum gehört.

快適な２つ星ホテル

まず足を踏みいれた時の感じがとても良い。フロントスタッフの他に警備員のような人物が複数いて安心感がある。必要な手助けもしてくれる。公共のスペースも客室もクリーンによく管理されていて気持ちがよい。ただ、設備等からいったら二つ星以上ではない。バスルームにあるのはバスタオル、シャンプー＆リンス、石けんのみ。お茶は入れられるが氷の用意はない。幸い隣がコンビニなので必要なものはあらかじめここで購入しておくとよい。朝食は必要を満たすのには充分だが極めて質素。 KLセントラル駅構内を出ると目の前に見えるが、段差の多い歩きにくい道で１０分ほどはかかる。 スーパーキングと称するランクの上の部屋を選択できるが部屋の広さといい、設備といいこれという違いがあるとは思えない。 いずれにせよ、安価な予算で快適に寝られればよいという人には強くお薦めする。

Good hotel in Brickfields

The Summer View lived up to its good reviews. The service is discrete, but excellent. Breakfast was fine - typical of hotels. The main problem for us was that there was no fridge in the room. Also the air-con could have been quieter. Well-located for public transport.

かなり老朽化している。 アメニティは、シャンプー、石鹸、バスタオルのみ。 シャワーは、固定式で使いにくい。 寝るだけだったら気にならない。 駅から、徒歩五分ぐらい。 道を間違えると、遠回りになる。 セキュリティーは、ドアマンが居るので、しっかりしている。 次回は、違う場所に泊まるかもしれない。

ＫＬセントラルに近く、深夜到着でも安心。

ニューセントラルショッピングモールをモノレール側に抜けるとホテルが見えます。 屋根の電飾看板は何文字か電気が切れているので「Summer View Hotelと書かれているのかなぁ」と心配になりますが、ここです。 エレベーターを降り、広い道に沿って行き、ガソリンスタンドの前を右に曲がり、ＹＭＣＡの前を通り過ぎるとすぐです。深夜まで人がいる屋台等がありますので、怖いと思うことはありませんでした。

KLセントラルに近いので選択したが、駅が高架道路に面しており徒歩では行きづらい。 到着が深夜1時頃であったため、あまりチャレンジせずタクシーを利用した。（駅カウンターでチケット購入） 昼間なら、徒歩で行けるかも。 ホテル自体は、値段相応。トランジットで利用するぐらいでは問題なし。

Value for money. Very clean though room is smallish. Excellent service. Breakfast is okay, but do not expect the kind of huge spread you get at 5 star hotel. Receptionists and management are professional and eager to help. A strictly no-smoking hotel.

Easy access to KL Sentral

Stayed here one night for KL transfer. Very nice staff and comfortable room. Easy walk to KL Sentral and the shopping mall. We would stay here again.

KLセントラル駅に近くて便利

夜２０時にチェックインし翌朝８時半にチェックアウトしたので、長時間滞在ではなかったですが思ったより綺麗で快適でした。チェックイン時にデポジットRM100の支払いが必要です。何もなければチェックアウト時にかえってきます。WiFiは部屋でも使えます。接続もまあまあ。アメニティはシャンプーと石鹸のみ、歯ブラシがなく慌ててコンビニで調達しました。ティッシュペーパーもなかったですが想定内のため問題なしです。ドライヤーもフロントに言えば無料で貸してくれます。トイレはタンクに水がたまるのが非常に遅いので注意です。１回流したら次は相当待たないと流れません。フロントの方はこちらの言いたいことが通じるまで根気よく質問やお願いに対応してくれ、とても感じがよかったです。インド系と中国系のお兄さんでした。朝食は種類は少ないけど味はまあまあ。４０００円弱で宿泊しましたが、値段相応だったと思います。ビジネスホテルという感じですがドアボーイの方も熱心にドアの開け閉めをしていて好感がもてました。短期ステイならこのホテルで充分だと思います。こちらのレビューで見た”チェックアウト時の部屋の確認”というのは私はなく、時間がかかることなくチェックアウトできました。

How the hotel could offer better services

The toilet was not cleaned well when we were given the room. Rooms should be cleaned well when the quest(s) vacates the room so the new guest(s) will enter a clean and freshly smelling room. The breakfast menu should be changed. We experienced the same menu for the past three years of our stay. A mini-fridge and face towels will promote the hotel.
