The facilities was so bad . The aircond is not working . The room & bathroom is dirty . The room is so small & not comfortable at all . The room is so hot and i cannot sleep at all . I was once called the staff but they didn't repair at all . It was a very bad experienced that i've ever had . I'll never recommended it to anyone . The water heater is broken & cannot be used ! I even have to struggle to take a shower . Oh God . So terrible
No toiletries provide even towel, have to ask the receptionist
Unprofesional management
The stuff is messy
Only a late night n during check out stuff is okay
Thanks
The customer service is bad, I have to wait one hour to check into my room.
The room is so smelly. The toilet is disgusting. The bed is so smelly, I don't even can sleep.
And the surroundings are very noisy
Very bad.
White bed sheets and pillow cases were brown in color, Toilet water in the basin tap was dip by dip , the shower head was broken, heater controls were not there at all, small insects running in the room.
I will never ever suggest this to anyone.
Not only the staff, the remaining stuff needs to b
Thank you for letting me in at 11 am, I appreciate that. However, there are some area needs to be looked at.
The rubbish near to the lift was laying there quiet long. The water heater was not working, water pressure for shower also low. Found cockroach on my bed -_-
The TV cable was unplugged and I asked someone to come to fix it as it was different type of cable and need some one to force a bit the cable to plug them in, need to call up to 3 times till they finally came and seems bit irritated because I call for this....dont find any hospitality from these two gentleman.
The neighborhood is very noisy as some people seems doing racing in midnite.
The corridor is dark too.
Awful - arrived at 4.30am there was no one at reception until 7am! Finally checked into a room with a dirty bathroom and no towels which I got by asking for them. The room was by the road and so loud it was impossible to sleep. I tried to find someone to ask them to change the room but no one was available. I left a note at reception for my room to be changed but still had no one get back to me. luckily Hotels.com put some credit on my account so I could book somewhere else for the 3rd night or I would have had 3 nights without sleep! Do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel!
At arrival and check-in the front desk had 3 young ladies to busy listening to music and comparing the new finger nails they had done at first. Then said that I didn't have a booking with them at all until I was able to show confirmation email from them that I received. The room was supposed to be non smoking, Queen size bed, own bathroom and window, with daily room cleaning etc. I ended up with a room which had very heavy cigarette smell both in room and out, bed linen also smelt like smoke and stained and, bathroom was dirty and had mould around edges also had a big pole in the middle of the shower making having a shower very difficult, no towel only dirty bathmat, no window, TV didn't work no remote or antenna connected, no house cleaning at all the whole time I stay, A/C sound like it was a level 3/4 cyclone outside and made sleeping difficult.
I was required to stay in this location due to work commitments close by and once they had concluded I moved to a new hotel not staying for the last few night. The KITA Hotel is more like a back packers hotel for those needing last minute room. I would never stay nor tell anyone to stay there. Very bad hotel and service. A camping ground and tent would be more comfortable then this place.
Don't stay near windows, very noisy. Smell of rubbish at check in counter. May see rats at the corridor is few occasions at corridor.
Dispense water may run out at night time. Pillows are not thick enough to put you deep sleep.
The light condition at the counter and corridor are not as clear as in room.
The pressure of shower is OK.
Not many options on TV channels, no sports channel and some channels are with bad receptions.
....
But remember, the price is low....and could be lower if you deal with the counter directly.
Staying for overnight is fine but not for long,no cabinet to store clothes.

3 star showers. 2 star everything else.
Ok I hate slagging places off but I'm starting to doubt wether Hotels.com actually checks out properties before they add them to their website. This was almost the worst hotel I've been to, second only to a brothel/hotel in Vietnam.
This place was was supposedly 3 star, and I was paying £11 a night here. This place should be £8 and 2 star. I'm sure the locals are paying even less than that.
One piece of advice I can offer this place is invest in some new bedding. The sheets, pillow cases and blankets were grey when I arrived. Grey as in they had once been white but had discoloured over several years of overuse.
On the plus side the shower rooms are fantastic.
Rats. Mold. This place is awful and should not be listed as three stars. Avoid unless you really can't afford anything else. There are much better hotels nearby for a similar price.
The bathroom floor was floaded with water from the broken pipe.the bedsheet and pillows was really dirty..looks like it been used for more than a week.building is old and not maintained properly.
