大人の事情かなぁ

駅前だが立地は良く、夜間は歩くのが怖いはず。 オーバーブッキングとの理由で系列ホテルに変更、送迎車よんで頂きました無料。 現在、このホテルは予約が出来ず、長期滞在型か賃貸として貸し出してる模様… 変更後のホテルはアロー通り、ブドゥバスターミナル間近のスイスホテルで結果大満足でした。

Never again.

The hotel carpark was not complimentary. The beds were uncomfortable. As soon as you walked into the room, the stench from the open concept bathroom drain would greet you. Would not choose to stay here again.

Very pathetic hotel, poor service from staff & management , no cooperation to guest, basic amenities missing in hotel. Would not suggest anyone to stay there even at free of cost.

Nice view of KL SKYLINE

The hotel has superb facilities! However, be prepared of the ff: 1. Universal charger as they don’t provide one. 2. UBER or take a cab a lot since there’s no McD nearby. 3. Pool area closes at 10 pm.

auf keinen fall ein zweites mal

kurze Fakten: positiv: zentral, supermarkt direkt neben an, einkaufszentrum in der nähe, im verhältnis moderne einrichtung, metro und bushaltestelle in der nähe, der Pool ist sehr schön negativ: Frühstück ist eine absolute Katastrophe! Nur zwei Handtücher im Zimmer für zwei Personen. soll man damit baden, die hände trocknen, etc etc Personal unfreundlich ( ausser die an der tür standen ) Die Pool Handtücher waren nicht zumutbar! ekelhaft! die gardinen waren dreckig!! Direkt quer gegenüber war eine Karaoke Bar und nachts war es extrem laut Wlan hat 3-4 Tage nicht funktioniert. sehr ärgerlich!!

Terrible Terrible Hotel, Stay Away!!!

I booked this hotel because, honestly, the photos looked so good with reasonable price. However, when I arrived with my friends, we soon realized that the service by the staff was simply... non-existent. There was zero room cleaning service, even if you try to call them for room service they would not respond to you. So, we try to request for individual items. To request for something as simple as a towel took 5 calls, and a request for replenishing the bathroom supplies took 3 calls. You practically have to beg the hotel staff to get you your needs. The room we stayed at has a strong musty smell, don't think anyone has stayed there for a while. We actually told the hotel staff to switch the room, but to no one's surprise there was no response! The Wifi in the hotel just simply doesn't work the majority of the time! We had to tether from a 4G SIM card even though we were in the hotel! Seriously, save your money and go to another hotel in the area. This hotel is not worth your time- I am simply not sure how this hotel is getting more than a 2.0 average rating.

這間飯店最大的亮點事頂樓無邊際泳池，其他的服務就很一般，第一晚沒有整理房間，浴室及廁所是開放式的，比較適合夫妻及情侶入住。

Dirty Moldy Room

Our shower had excessive mold. The bathroom was dirty. The dresser has sticky stuff from the previous guests food & drinks. We were moved to a room that was slightly better.

Overall, disappointing

I spent more money than I usually would on this hotel hoping it would be a special break away. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it unless you want to try the pool out for a night. Pros:- 1. Pool and gym area. You're really just paying extra for this. Without it it's just a 3 star hotel in an average-poor area. 2. Close to train station and 7 Eleven shop. 3. Comfortable bed. Cons:- 1. The hotel check-in took a long time because they apparently had no record of my hotels.com reservation. Eventually it was sorted out. One friendly receptionist and one not so friendly. 2. I would rate the room 3 stars.. overall finish was not good and we kept tripping over due to poor design layout. 3. Housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights and the room was only cleaned once. They did attempt to clean it a second time but 6pm is not acceptable when you've been out all day. 4. Wifi. Really poor connection which we weren't expecting for a 4 star hotel. There are a few TV channels in English but the signal kept cutting out so we gave up.

部屋はおしゃれな感じで広さも十分。ベッドが固めで沈まなく最高に心地よかった。泳がなかったがプールサイドでまったり楽しんだ。ツインタワーも見える。１階にはコンビニも有る。このホテルは中々良い。１泊だったのが残念だった。

Not a free parking. Just a little discount given. And the day I checked-out, not a single word comes out from the staff there. Like a robot. When I asked, "is that all?", he just put a little smile and didn't really want to look at me. Worst hotel staff ever.

First time in Kuala Lumpur

We are very happy to stay at D’Majestic Place by Swiss Garden. We got there around 12:30pm they let us check in earlier instead of 2pm. Hotel closed to local eateries. The rooftop infinity pool is a plus with a view of twin towers. Gym, sauna and steam room You can use during your stay. Front desk staffs are very helpful. They called Grab car ( Uber) for you to go places you wish to go. Compare to taxi it cost more. The Pudu plaza just a few blocks walk. If you wish to take the metro is close by also. I would recommend this hotel for your stay.

Séjour agréable

Les quelques nuits passés dans cet hôtel très agréable nous ont convaincus de la justesse de notre choix! La chambre était spacieuse et propre, la terrasse sur le toît, avec sa piscine infinity, offre une vue à couper le souffle sur Kuala Lumpur. Le personnel de service est compétent et sympathique. Les tarifs via Expédia sont plus qu'abordables, surtout si on les compare aux prix accessibles sur place (Expédia nous a permis de payer environ le tiers du prix suggéré sur place). Le seul bémol fut le bruit incessant d'une alarme de porte qui nous a dérangé durant la nuit. Un simple coup de fil a toutefois suffit à régler ce petit soucis. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel und der Preis war unschlagbar! Die Dachterasse ist ein Traum! Tolles modernes Fitnessstudio. Das Hotel liegt im Arbeiterviertel, was allerdings den Flair von KL herausholt. Die Metro liegt nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Das Frühstück haben wir aufgrund der neg. Berwertungen nicht ausprobiert, im Umkreis gibt es dafür tolle Food Corner und Stände für einen super Preis. Leider haben wir nicht das gewünschte King-Size-Bett erhalten welches wir bei Expedia gebucht hatten. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass diese begrenzt seien. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmer war nicht tadellos, aber auch nicht weiter schmutzig.

Very nice view roof pool

The hotel was good with very beautiful view from the roof swimming pool. The area behind it was a bit poor and not very clean. Not too far from city center and time square.
