Shower is too small and the water spills out. TV lacked channels. Link to Plaza is a plus. Parking was good albeit had to pay with Touch & Go Card.

I hav been staying there since May 24 until now encountered sticky and dirty water made numerous complaints and the hotel front deck blocks my number so I took pictures of the water I’m going to post on line my room was infrequently clean I was even offered a discount for my long time staying there

Just okay

Lobby looks okay. Breakfast also okay. Room is spacious but not so clean, I touched the sofa and my finger’s covered by dirt, so does the table lamp next to the bed. Bathroom smells like the whole bleach, after showering, the smell becomes not so intense. However, the bed and pillow is comfortable. My room’s at the road side, remember to bring the ear plug.

Decent choice if location ok/price

Pros: Staff and manager are pleasant, good linen, decent toiletries, large fridge, nice balcony to chill, washer, cooking area and utensils, food and drinks at ground level, convenience store too. Buffet breakfast option but didn’t try. Decent mall linked by covered walkway bridge. Easy to book a Grab. Cons: Rundown for its star rating as most hotel properties in Malaysia, check-in lobby difficult to locate even on gps and rooms are a distance away but they offer bellhop service.

It would have been good if the hotel is more organised. We booked to pay at hotel but they released our room becos it wasn’t paid yet. Then the room given, the aircon. Was not working and hence have to change room. The next room was ok, clean and spacious but the toilet has a strong musky smell. Overall, it’s ok to stay there but can improve to make it a first choice stay.

Absolutely horrible experience checking in everytime. Not once but ive stayed here atleast 15times. Lack of staff. Staffs are efficient BUT just understaffed and overwhelmed.
