If the room is furnished well with good quality you will get more people to appreciate and value hotel stays. As a Malaysian hotel It is important to set universal standards and give the travelers value for their dollar.

Overall, our stay is good. The staff over there are not so friendly as they did not even have a pleasant smile while talking to their customers. Besides that, the parking area at this hotel is a little bit small.

As a frequent traveler , I find the maintenance to the hotel is seriously lacking. The room stink of cigarette smoke , the air-con leak , the hot water does not work half the time .the wi-fi network is quite inconsistent .

A tall tan guy attended to my wife, neither did he confirm our days of stay. Next day morning i was told to check out my room? Then i can't enter my room? After checking with the front desk then was told that i need to update my room keys?

３泊しましたが、毎日ベッドメイキング、タオル入れ替えに加えて水を２本補給してくださったのが大変よかったです。早朝4時頃のチェックアウトにもご対応いただき、助かりました。海外からの訪問なので勝手がよくわからなかったのですが、アイロン台の使用について貼り紙があれば使用してみたいと思いましたし、夕飯の予約もしていなかったのですが、追加料金を払えば利用できるのかどうかが分かれば嬉しかったです。ホテルとしてはとてもよかったです。

It's quite an old place, however, they still managed to keep the hotel clean and room also quite clean. BUT there are a few things I don't like about the hotel. 1st, the front counter staff that process my check-in is not very friendly, he can't accept that there are certain terms regarding hotel check that guest do not know, I was merely just asking more details but I can see his impatience and wants to quickly end the conversation... And the hotel room pillow, although looks clean but when you go near it, you can smell the oily smell on it.. And one of the bed has a few yellow spots on it. I got room 1420 on 14th floor, the room feels weird and I can't sleep at night. Best of luck to anyone who gets this room. Other than that, hotel is ok.

Great staff & cleanliness POOR towels

It was a short stay where we pull off during heavily rain evening. Booking through Hotels.com was almost instantly connected with the hotel. Staff is well prepared like expecting our arrival long ago. Impressive staff! We booked delux room however got free upgrade to Junior Suits which is newly refurbish I guess, really nice of that. Stay was pleasant. Just a few points for the hotel attention:- 1) There were no slippers provide? 2) no bath rob too 3) Drinking glasses & toiletries were only one set ? 4) Towels are too old not presentable. It looks like rugs on floors @_@

Manager is kind enough to call and confirm my booking as well as giving some information about the parking and check in services. Service was okay, however the guest did not get any Drinking water bottles in the room. Wasnt a good experience for the guest who is thirsty. We are happy that The breakfast is provided. However, food provided arent up to the hotel standard. Scones tasted like stones. Pancakes cold and tough. The coffee and drinks provided was the only pleasant experience we got from the breakfast. Hopefully crystal crown could improve and do much better as a 4 star hotel. Please improve!

Spacious room. Good breakfast choice. Old hotel but rooms well maintained. Shower cubicle in my room does not flow into the drainage hole as the angle of the slope of the floor is not sloping towards the drainage area so there is always a huge puddle of water which I find annoying.
