We hope to create a well designed space to let our guest to have a wonderful & memorable day stay in the space. There is a very convenient location due to the residence is connected with shopping mall that provided varieties of restaurant & shop.

Other things to note
To our beloved guest, kindly take note that:

1) Due to the safety regulations of this Building Management, upon checking into the unit, guest is required to register with your Identification Card or Passport. Do not worry, it will be simple and quick and easy.

2) After registration is done, guest is required to go designated letter box area to collect the access card.

3) We ONLY allow the exact number of guest(s) that mentioned in Guest Itinerary to check in. Guest must declare if they have more occupants.

4) Early check-in is subject to availability at the time of arrival.

5) Please switch off all air-conditioners and lights when you are not inside the premise.

6) No pets are allowed in the apartments. Guests having pets in the apartments will be charged for damages and/or cleaning.

7) Guest is fully responsible for their owned valuables safety during their stay. Kindly keep your valuables properly during your stay especially when you are going in public area.

8) During peak hours, the lift may take longer than usual. Expect delays around 11 AM-12:30 PM (check-out time) and 10:30-11:30 PM (when other guests return to rest).

9) Malaysia is using 3 PIN power plug.

We appreciate your understanding that some aspects, like the building’s common services and facilities, are beyond our control. The building’s strategic location in Cheras attracts a lively crowd, making it a popular choice for a convenient staycation!

PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE ACCESS CARD. Upon lost, penalty will be charged RM200 for the access card.
