Beautiful hotel

Helpful check in staff. Clean and good air conditioning. Great location and really good restaurant opposite which was Mezze style. No window in room and shower gel not topped up but otherwise had good facilities- safe, minibar and hairdryer. Only had breakfast once at hotel but was tasty and cooked to order.

I go to Greece on a yearly basis. Four stars or five star hotels are irrelevant on some occasions here in Greece. Most hotels don’t hold up to the standard of their stars. BUT this hotel was amazing. They exceed where most five star hotels fail. The cleanliness and customer service were amazing. Their breakfast is on point. Their entire staff is helpful. The people stationed at the very front were so helpful with taxis and giving me local information. The receptionist and even the waitresses all made sure that I would get on time from A to point B on my excursions through Athens. I will definitely be back every time I come through Athens.

We stayed in the large penthouse with magnificent view of the Acropolis. We enjoyed the spacious terrace with sun shades. Staff was very helpful with tips for dining and activities. Air conditioning worked perfectly on the hot days we were there! Note that the private elevator to the suite does open to a few stairs to actually access the room - no problem for us, but wanted to mention.
