What truly elevated my experience, however, was the outstanding leadership of the Resort Manager, Efthymios Katsenios. Efthymios goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere and his dedication to delivering a flawless guest experience is truly remarkable. The service across the entire team was impeccable, attentive, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find a place where everything feels so effortlessly perfect. The pools were lovely, although the Children’s pool was closed and the main pool was on the cold side. However the heated indoor pool was great for the children to swim in. Kids Club facilities are amazing, equipped with soft play and extensive activities. Children have to be 4yrs old to be left unattended, however you can gain access to supervise younger children."
