Perfect stay

Lovely modern rooms, great minibar selection with decent prices. Very friendly and professional staff, with 24h concierge. Loved this hotel, only 5 minutes away from the beach. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing staff and location!

Staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and peaceful. Location ideal, just away from the noise but just a short walk for food and drinks.

Nice modern good value hotel

Our room was really nice, plenty of space and very clean with a comfy bed. We were running a day late and they changed our booking for us with no problem, very helpful. Piramida is in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of everything, has a lovely pool area and an on site cafe, also easy parking. Good buffet breakfast, overall very good value for money.

Nice stay with a few small inconveniences

Parking spaces outside right next to the hotel as well as in their underground garage, which turned out to be very narrow, rear parking spots are difficult to reach when other places are already used. Very helpful staff, checkin was quick and simple. Room was very clean and very modern, but rather small and not very soundproof. Activated air conditioner on the opposide of the bed moves the hanging bedside lamps, which continuously collide with the wall, very annoying. Helped myself by attaching my caps to use as buffers. Small balcony with two chairs and a table was nice to have, just used it for drying clothes. Outside drying rack fixed to the wall was very instable. Bathroom is very small, shower cabin turned out to be the most narrow one I've used so far. Sink is inconveniently placed, one needs to close the bathroom door to use it, with no place nearby to put toiletries, except for the closed lid of the toilet. Hotel's request to leave keycard at the reception when leaving for food/beach etc. turned out to be optional. Very good location with a lot of tasty food options nearby. Takes less than 5 minutes of walking down to the beach (unfortunately filled with too many bars, used another beach 15 minutes away by car). Breakfast room in the basement was brightly lit, buffet options were rather limited but the quality was good. Did not use the pool or the bar. Checkout happened fast and easy. Had a good stay there, except for the lamp knocking noises caused by the aircon.

An sich war alles wunderbar. Die Zimmer waren wie auf den Bildern, es war sehr zentral gelegen und das Personal nett. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Eine Sache die wirklich sehr ärgerlich war ist, dass auf der Seite von Expedia tägliche Zimmerreinigung steht dies aber nicht eingehalten wird. Das Hotel hat nur alle 2 Tage gereinigt und weil wir das eine mal 2 Tage auf bitte hintereinander reinigen lassen haben, haben sie 2 Tage einfach gar nicht gereinigt ( also auch keine frischen Handtücher oder neues Toilettenpapier, immer nur dann auf Nachfrage). Außerdem wurde einem auch nicht mitgeteilt, dass man die Karte unten abgeben muss, damit sie das Zimmer reinigen, dies wurde es auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt. Trotz Diskussion wurde vom Hotel mehrfach gesagt, dass der Fehler bei Expedia liegt und falsche Infos angegeben haben (steht bei check24 auch, scheinbar auch deren Fehler …) Einsicht war von der Seite der Hotelinhaber eher weniger. Dennoch war das Personal sehr freundlich und in allem anderen sehr Hilfsbereit. Abgesehen von dem Problem mit der Reinigung kann ich es weiter empfehlen.

Sehr gut gelegen. Super freundliches Personal. Wenn es was zu kritisieren gäbe dann das das Kartenlesegerät abends ein Licht geworfen hat und die Dusche nicht so richtig heiß würde aber beides haben wir nicht beim Personal gemeldet also können wir uns nicht wirklich darüber beschweren in sofern gute Adresse die vor allem auf junge Leute ausgelegt zu sein scheint.

Super Hotel mit einem wirklich suuuuper tollen Personal!! Das Personal hat sich trotz Komplikationen von Expedia.de super Mühe gegeben und hat uns sehr geholfen. Unterkunft war sauber und alles neu. Der Strand war ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt. Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch und ausreichend!! Gerne wieder dieses Hotel! :-) auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen! Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an das tolle und hilfsbereite Personal!
