Welcome to the brand-new (scheduled for completion in March 2025) and luxurious wellness retreat “Wind in den Bäumen,” located in the picturesque countryside of Eilsum, not far from Greetsiel. This charming holiday home is the perfect retreat for families and couples who want to combine nature, wellness, and comfort. With a spacious 100 m², the two-story home offers plenty of room for up to four people.

This cosy accommodation stands out for its open-concept layout, which features an open kitchen that flows into the living room. Here you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy cosy evenings at the round dining table with a view of the tidal flats. The fully equipped kitchen features modern amenities, including an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The living area features a sofa nook with a comfortable sofa, as well as a large TV for relaxing film nights. Thanks to the large windows, you’ll not only enjoy a bright, welcoming atmosphere but also an exceptionally beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. This is also true of the two bedrooms upstairs, which are equipped with cosy double beds (separate mattresses), electric blinds, and built-in closets—making them ideal for a restful night’s sleep.

The holiday home features two bathrooms, each equipped with walk-in showers. The wellness bathroom on the ground floor also features a bathtub and a large sauna—perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. The shower room upstairs, with its large skylight, offers plenty of space with a toilet, sink, shower, and hair dryer.

Garden furniture is available on the large terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The garden also features a lawn for sunbathing and a private dock with a boat mooring and a great seating area—ideal for boat enthusiasts and exploring the water. In front of the house, facing south, you’ll also find a small beach chair, perfect for soaking up the sun in an ideal spot.

In front of the house, there are two parking spaces and a large garden shed with an electrical socket for the bicycles you bring along.

Pets and smoking are not permitted inside the house. The house is mostly tiled; the bedrooms feature high-quality vinyl flooring. The main windows are equipped with fly screens and pleated blinds.

Free Wi-Fi is available. We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.

Note: The property is located directly on the Siel. It is not fenced, and access to the water is not secured. (Young) children should not go into the garden unsupervised. In particular, children should be able to swim safely. We assume no liability for personal injury.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.

The neighbouring house is “Lieblingsplatz am Siel,” or the accommodation “Kleine Auszeit 23,” “Sieltied,” “TiefBlick,” and “Zweite Heimat” on the other side, should you need more space.

The location is perfect for exploring the charming town of Greetsiel, which delights visitors with its historic buildings, picturesque windmills, and lovely canals. Enjoy walks along the river or in the surrounding nature reserve. The quiet area ensures you can enjoy the restorative tranquility of nature, while numerous recreational activities await nearby.
