We warmly welcome you to our brand-new (completion August 2024) “Oktopus” apartment in Eilsum, right on the outskirts of Greetsiel!

This sunny and spacious upper-floor apartment is located on a fantastic lot right on the “Altes Greetsieler Sieltief” and offers a breathtaking view of the water and meadows!

The two-part living area features, on one side, a cosy sofa with a large TV and, on the other, a lounge area with a great view towards the balcony and the water. The furnished balcony offers a stunning view of the water and also features an electric grill. Directly adjacent is the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find, among other things, an oven, induction stove, toaster, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, a Nespresso machine and milk frother, a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a microwave, an egg cooker, a juicer, a blender, a kitchen scale, a Bosch food processor, a waffle maker, a pasta machine, and a food chopper.
Also on this level, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses), a TV, and a wardrobe, as well as one of the two shower rooms featuring a sink, toilet, washing machine, heated towel rack, and walk-in shower.

The second bathroom is located in the attic and features a skylight, a walk-in shower, a sink, a heated towel rack, and a toilet. Here you’ll also find the second bedroom with two single beds, a TV, a chest of drawers, a desk, and a portable air conditioner.

The entire upper floor of the apartment is equipped with underfloor heating; high-quality vinyl flooring is installed throughout the apartment, and the bathrooms feature tile flooring. The main windows are fitted with fly screens, and all windows are equipped with privacy shades; the bedroom windows also have blackout shades.

Many other amenities are provided for guests, such as books, games, charging cables, and umbrellas. The apartment’s storage room also contains cleaning supplies, a clothes rack, an iron, and an ironing board.

Pets are not allowed in this allergy-friendly apartment, which is also a smoke-free apartment. By the water, you’ll find a shared dock for both upper-floor apartments.

The apartment includes a parking space in front of the house. A lockable garden shed with an electrical socket for your bicycles is also available. To charge electric cars, you can use the neighbouring wallbox at the “Lieblingsplatz am Siel” holiday home; payment is made directly at the wallbox.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.

The same building houses the accommodation “Giebelträumchen,” “Heiti’s Koje,” and “Sielkiekjes”; the houses “Framheim” and “Lieblingsplatz am Siel” are located right next door.

Eilsum is an East Frisian mound village, one of the oldest settlements on the North Sea coast. Discover East Frisia’s historic landscape by bike. Countless, well-marked bike paths lead you through quaint villages, along canals, and on hiking trails. Visit the romantic fishing village of Greetsiel or the port city of Emden with its art gallery, museums, the “Otto-Huus,” and much more.

The apartment is located in a new development area, so unfortunately we cannot rule out occasional noise and dust disturbances.
