Welcome to the Seepferdchen holiday home, which is located in Hamswehrum, a small town in the municipality of Krummhörn. The North Sea is only 2 km away.
On the ground floor of the Seepferdchen house is the large living room with a panoramic window and exit to the terrace. The sofa and armchair are just as much part of the furnishings as the beautiful dining area, which can also be completed with children's chairs in various sizes. The kitchen is fully equipped and in addition to the filter coffee machine, it also has a Senseopad machine. Also a kettle for the tea drinkers.
There is a second toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs is the bedroom with a double bed, which also has a baby bed. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. We also have a large range of toys here.
From here you can reach the third large bedroom in the attic, which also has 2 single beds.
All stairs are provided with protective grids.
The shower room with toilet is also upstairs.
The living room and the bathrooms are equipped with floor heating.
There is a large fireplace grill and garden furniture on the terrace.
On the rear part of the property we have set up a nice playground for our little guests, which is also used by the children of the neighboring houses, the seal and starfish.
Every year wonderful friendships develop here, which often lead to tears at the end of the holiday.
The entire property is closed and surrounded by hedges and fences to protect children.
