Jan Dollart 1 features a beautiful living room with a TV, sofa, and armchair. Adjacent to it is the fully equipped kitchen (including a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave) with a dining area.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed with a closet; the other bedroom has a 1.40-meter-wide box-spring bed, a closet, and direct access to a new toilet and sink. A shower is accessible directly from the hallway.
In the former stable, which also serves as the entryway, there is an additional guest bathroom and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and washing machine. This part of the building is slightly lower than the rest of the apartment and is connected by a few steps.
A small, fully fenced-in garden with a furnished patio is also part of this apartment. A private parking space is also available to you.

Except for the tiled bathrooms, all rooms feature wood-look vinyl flooring. The bedrooms have both pleated blinds and roller shutters.

Dogs are welcome in this apartment upon request and for a fee!

In this well-maintained 1930s building, you’ll find Jan Dollart 1 on the ground floor and Jan Dollart 2 on the upper floor. Both apartments can be combined via a connecting door. The two apartments are located at the end of Kleinbahnstraße, just 50 metres from the Edeka supermarket and 100 metres from the town centre—it doesn’t get much more central than this!

The holiday rental is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular holiday destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbour with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dike landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holidays.
