Located right in the new section of the Grachtenpark, in a quiet yet central location, this exclusive holiday apartment is situated in the first row row along the Greetsieler Sieltief, this new (completion in September 2022) and high-quality holiday apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, guarantees a comfortable stay. The holiday rental has direct access to the water from its own garden.

Grachtentied features a cosy living-dining area that invites you to relax. The color-coordinated, nautical-inspired furnishings immediately create a cosy atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the apartment create a warm, light-filled ambiance. Privacy is ensured by the pleated blinds installed on all windows. Furthermore, all windows are equipped with insect screens. The large south-facing terrace, furnished with high-quality patio furniture, is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Here, you can spend wonderful evenings sipping a cup of tea or a glass of wine while watching the boats go by. The apartment also features a spacious garden. In addition, just in time for the Easter break, a very high-quality and cosy beach chair is available, allowing you to catch and enjoy the sun’s rays in comfort even on slightly windier days.

High-quality and stylishly furnished, this accommodation leaves nothing to be desired and pamper its guests even on dreary Nordic days with a crackling fireplace and underfloor heating, which transform the living area into an absolute oasis of comfort. Curl up on the cosy L-shaped sofa and watch the stormy weather through the large windows with a cup of East Frisian tea after a long walk in the brisk breeze.

Indoor entertainment is provided by two flat-screen TVs in the living room and one bedroom, an internet radio, board games, and a selection of books. For even more relaxation, each bedroom features box-spring beds with an open footboard and electric exterior shutters (180x200), so even late sleepers will get their money’s worth. You’re sure to sleep well no matter where you choose.
Grachtentied also has an additional guest bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen sparks interest even in self-proclaimed non-cooks and helps bring the most delicious creations to the table. Perhaps you’d like to try freshly caught shrimp, purchased right from the fishing boat? With this backdrop, everything simply tastes better…. That’s what a holiday is all about!
The apartment’s amenities include: induction cooktop, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, plenty of dishes and cutlery, East Frisian tea set, whistling kettle, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, hand mixer, electric exterior blinds in the bedrooms, second toilet, and much more.

In addition, this accommodation offers a “shed” for your bicycles, where you can conveniently charge them.
Dogs with responsible owners are warmly welcome at this accommodation.

The town centre, with its famous fishing boat harbour and historic buildings, is just a few minutes’ walk away. Grachtentied is the ideal starting point for bike tours along the Leybucht towards Norddeich or to the famous Pilsum Lighthouse.
