Situated in a quiet location, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour and the town centre.

The light-filled living-dining area offers every comfort, including: a seating area, a hi-fi system, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a wood-burning stove for cosy warmth on cold days.
The modern kitchen has everything you need: plenty of dishes, pots, cutlery, a coffee maker, a coffee pod machine, a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, an immersion blender, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. An ironing board and iron are provided.

The underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom also ensures pleasant
warmth underfoot. The windows are equipped with privacy blinds/pleated shades and fly screens.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is a second TV in the children’s room.
The loft features a cosy relaxation area. From here, you have a view of the dike. Novels, books, and board games are available.

The natural-light shower room with a toilet is equipped with a washing machine.
A hair dryer is also provided.
The balcony is furnished.

With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holidays.
