This is the best place I have ever stayed on a all nature trip The cabin tent was so cool to stay in. The staff was the best and food was unbelievable and so good. Got to see the animals in the evening on the property Please make it your next stay!!

Great Lodge Great food Great location..

A real friendly welcome when we arrived at the Crocodile Bridge Lodge was followed by a delicious dinner and informal chatting with other guests. The staff were and consistently provided delicious food at dinner and breakfast time. The location is amazing for seeing wildlife across the river and I to the park. It is a delight to stay at such a grounded non pretentious well run lodge.

Property was more "rustic" and more geared towards Afrikaner couples than i was expecting. Food was "home style", basic but good. Property just wasn't a good fit for me.

Krusing trough the Kruger Park

Just outside of Kruger Park, just what we need it. Comfortable bed ,friendly owners and a end of the night African grill. Newer version of scouts setting.The tents are comfortable and with all amenities you need .Right next to Crocodile River, you can enjoy the wild life ,next to you.

Crocodile Bridge Safari is one of my favorite locations in the world. Steps away from Kruger Park across the Crocodile River. You can spot hippos and listen to them snort. Many times other animals are along the river as well. Unfortunately for us the recent floods closed the bridge and the entrance to the park. This meant we had to drive to another entrance. The food is fantastic, hearty breakfast and delicious dinners are included in the price. We stayed in a delux tent cabin and it was great, also air condition. Highy recommend

Muito boa

Foi uma das minhas melhores estadias durante minha viagem a África do Sul. Super atenciosos, comida muito boa. E o melhor de tudo: os animais andam na frente de seu quarto praticamente. Em todos os dias que fiquei vi vários animais: manada de elefante, búfalos, até mesmo leão! Só deixou a desejar o wi fi que não funciona.

Dichtbij Kruger

Prettig hotel. Dicht bij Krugerpark. Nog geen 100 meter naar de gate. Diner is gezamenlijk met andere gasten. Voor ons de reden om hiernaartoe te gaan. Ervaringen delen van de Safari tochten. Bedden zijn wat minder. Zijn tweepersoonsmatrassen waardoor je naar het midden rolt.

Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und mit Liebe angelegt, der Pool eine herrliche Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Das Team ist unglaublich herzlich und freundlich, das Essen hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt und die Kühlboxen mit den Frühstück to-Go ist eine hervorragende Idee. Bei unserer nächsten Reise werden wir definitiv wieder hier herkommen! Danke für die unvergesslich schöne Zeit!

Die Lage am Crocodile River mit einer tollen Aussicht, die Nähe zum Gate, das leckere Essen... unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Für frühe Fahrten in den Kruger konnte man sich eine Frühstücksbox packen lassen, was sehr vorteilhaft war. Für Ruhesuchende und Naturliebhaber genau das Richtige.

Mejor, imposible.

Para empezar los responsables del lugar o dueños son increíbles, te preguntaban si ibas a realizar algún tour nocturno, al amanecer o al atardecer y si ibas a realizar alguno te preparaban el almuerzo, desayuno o cena para que te la llevaras como si fuera el colegio. Además, si deseas un safari de día completo, actividad que no ofrece el parque, te la gestionan con una guía estupenda que te recoge y te deja en el mismísimo hotel por un precio de 1450. Sobre las vistas panorámicas estas viendo en todo momento el río cocodrilo en el cual ahí cómo dos islas, las cuales están llenas de hipopótamos, ósea si llevas biniculares o un buen zoom de cámara podrías contemplar perfectamente estos animales, pero no solo los hipopótamos son los reyes del hotel, sino que además también podrás disfrutar de vez en cuando desde tu habitación de los elefantes, recuerdo ya un atardecer que me visitó uno de ellos a escasos 5 metros de mi, claro todo el perímetro del hotel cuenta con un cordón eléctrico de seguridad, ósea estarás completamente seguro, además de las comodidades típicas de un hotel 3 estrellas de una gran ciudad, pero con unas vistas insuperables. Me encanto, si vuelvo a kruguer no dudare de contratar con ellos.

Absolutely loved this place. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Our tent had a river view and we woke up to the sounds of hyenas whooping and hippos grunting. They have a communal dinner where everyone was very friendly and we stayed up pretty pate around the fire socializing with everyone. Such a fantastic experience, we wished we would have booked more nights there.

Best Kruger Lodge Ever!! Can't wait to come back!

This place is the absolute best!! We loved our time here. It's right on the end of the park and the safaris we booked through the lodge were exceptional-we saw the big 5 every time and the guides were awesome spotters. Bruce and Ilse really make you feel at home and welcomed. We loved sharing stories by a fire every night and loved the home cooked delicious meals. When we go back to Kruger, we are 100% staying here and could not recommend it more!

Great stay!

Easy to find and very convenient, just outside Kruger's Crocodile Bridge Gate. After a warm welcome by Douglas, we were shown around the property and finally chose to stay in one of the River Front Rooms. A very spacious room with a great view from the kingsize bed :-), overlooking the river. From the private deck we even had a better view with sightings of elephants, hippo, rhino and lots of game. We enjoyed the rest of the day at the swimming pool, while overlooking the river and reading a book. Also had some great conversations with hosts Douglas and Riana. Before dinner we had the opportunity to socialize with the other guests around the open fire or in the lounge-area. Great stories were shared while sipping from a glass of wine and there was a lot of laughter. Dinner was served at 2 big guest tables (with the necessary Corona-proof social distance) and we were spoiled with a delicious starter, main course and dessert, not to forget the freshly baked bread! We even got a taste of Zoerdoef ;-) Next morning we were treated to a hug from the dog, an extensive breakfast and a chat with Douglas. We had another nice and quiet day, took our laundry to town and relaxed. We can definitely recommend Crocodile Bridge Safari Lodge! It's the perfect place to sit back and relax or to hop in your car and do a Kruger Safari. Thank you Riana and Douglas for the great stay and for kindly welcoming us. We will be back!
