Eine Sauna und kleiner Indoopool war vorhanden, leider oft von Kindern belegt, aber das war in den Ferien zu erwarten. Das Restaurant war , im nachhinein zum Glück zu, sonst wäre die Terrssse sicher nicht so sehr zum Genuss...

"Wir sind zufällig auf diese Wohnung gestoßen, da unsere Stammunterkunft eine Grundreinigung erhielt und wir somit eine Alternative brauchten. Die Größe des Appartementkomplexes wäre uns eigentlich zu viel gewesen, allerdings verteilen sich die Gebäudeteile und somit die Wohnungen angenehm. "Wir hatten leider überwiegend schlechtes Wetter. Leider gab es nicht viele Aktivitäten die wir bei schlechtem Wetter machen konnten, wodurch wir vorzeitig abgereist sind. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, allerdings teilweise sehr veraltet. Die Wohnung war leider die meiste Zeit von dem schlechten Geruch der Abflüsse des Badezimmers belagert. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings ging während der Inbetriebnahme der Backofen und die Dunstabzugshaube aus und konnte erst einige Zeit später...

"We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing week at this property. The views were breathtaking, expecially from the tree swing. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together but if needed also find a quiet momment of sanctuary alone in the many different nooks in and outside the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utinsils needed to cook or BBQ outside. Thanks again for a wonderful place for our family to reconnect and rejuvinate."

"Das Haus ist sehr schön. Das Passwort für W-LAN und auch den Schlüssel für den Radschuppen haben wir erst nach längerem Suchen gefunden. Zwei Mails an den Eigentümer blieben unbeantwortet. Die Tür für den Radschuppen ist total verzogen so dass die Tür nicht mehr abgeschlossen werden konnte."

"Parking was inconvenient. 2 blocks away and very small spaces Apparently we had to book it in advance and pay extra 21 euro per night Rooms were huge, lots of closets, book cases, shoe rack Bathroom drain slow — tiles in shower excellent idea Pommes excellent Child friendly including a playroom Excellent breakfast and excellent service especially at bar and breakfast except one receptionist with little English and poor communication in german — we could not understand about access to free bus and toilet — binzbucht Request for engineer to help with touchy air conditioning that wouldn’t turn on because it thought windows were open was met instantly Should say that air conditioning was weak "

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"

"Excellent hotel with comfortable bed and plentiful breakfast. I did not use the balcony due to the weather. Guests have use of the sauna and swimming pool at the nearby VNU Hotel (at the top of the hill) for EUR15. This under repair on the first night but I did use it on the 2nd night, they do ask you to wear flip flops or other bathing shoes. The hotel is handy for the REWE supermarket and shops. The Rasender Roland steam railway station is about 15 minutes walk away uphill but there is also a funicular railway. This railway was the main reason for my visit. The station restaurant is very good for meals. I had a day out in Binz which has plenty of shops and nice walks along the beach, also a larger REWE supermarket."
