The property was well-maintained, and the room had plenty of space. There was easy on-site parking; breakfast was good. It was a big heat wave, which is unusual for the area; the room did not have air conditioning, so it was hot for sleeping, but overall I would highly recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Four Points Flex by Sheraton Kiel. Even though it's a 3-star hotel, the quality exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel was also incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay in Kiel.

Clean room. Nice view. Qiuet. Very nice. The staff was OK and nice, but not always. Superb back yard/garden for such a hotel, i must say. Green park with a church nearby. The park is a cemetary, sort of. Superb. Our room did not have a fridge or coffe machine or water boiler. That we did miss a bit. But we do recommend this place.

pleasant stay in Kiel

Good place to stay in Kiel. Super parking. Rooms are normaly equipped. Well enough for anything you need. My room had minibar, which can be nice!

False advertising - twin beds pushed together

Booked this last minute. Rooms with twin beds and rooms with a queen bed were available, the twin room was considerably cheaper. We are a couple so I opted for a queen room, only to discover they gave us a room with two twin beds pushed together! On top of that, the duvets they gave us were two children's twin duvets. There was a fitted sheet on the bed but NO flat sheets at all! I haven't slept with a kid's duvet since I was a child! So with no sheet, we were both constantly turning over and our bodies being exposed from the tiny duvets, therefore we barely slept the whole night. Before we went to bed I had asked for a queen duvet, a flat sheet of ANY kind, even a blanket and the lady on duty said she didn't have ANY! TOTAL SCAM! Clearly they didn't have a queen room and tried to pass us off with a twin room!

Fint hotel, som vi havde en enkelt overnatning på. Parkering lige foran hotellet fungerede fint. Morgenmaden var fin med et godt udvalg. Værelset var fint med gode senge, men rengøringen var ikke lige kommet i alle kroge og under sengene. Alt i alt fint. Ville bruge det igen til en enkelt overnatning.

Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere und große Zimmer. Wir waren für ein Städtetrip in Kiel da und kommen gerne mal wieder. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und vollkommen ausreichend.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Four Points Flex by Sheraton Kiel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstück, das eine klasse Auswahl bot. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt sind zudem die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt am Hotel – das spart viel Stress. Der Service war absolut okay und freundlich. Kleines Manko: Es gibt leider keine Aufzüge, was man bei schwerem Gepäck bedenken sollte. Ansonsten war aber alles absolut top. Besonders die Lage ist ideal, wenn man am nächsten Tag auf Kreuzfahrt geht. Gerne wieder!
