"The location is great(very close to all tourist areas). Concierge is there 7am-11pm so make sure to get in within those hours. My issue with it is that is listed as a 4 star hotel, when it clearly is not(maybe 2). If you want to use the tub, you have to ask the front desk to turn it on and it’s one set temperature. The front desk controls filling the tub and it’s temperature. You can hear the hall noise very clearly and although it looks like the inside has been renovated and it’s currently...

"The hotel room was very good. The staff were excellent and very helpful at the front desk. They gave lots of good pointers on taxis to take and not to take and we’re just generally very helpful. It’s a good 30 minute walk from the centre of the city which is probably what I needed. But if walking is not your thing you can always catch a cab Other than location.
