Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 additional beds at couch/sofa and TV.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Brzac. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
