Spacious and comfortable, Holiday Home Ira is the perfect choice for larger families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a carefree holiday together while still having plenty of privacy and space. The house offers 140 m2 of living space and can accommodate up to eight guests.
The property consists of two completely separate apartments, each approximately 65 m2 in size, which are rented exclusively as one unit for up to eight guests. Each apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room, while the ground-floor apartment also has a dining area. The ground-floor apartment also features a dining area with an extendable dining table that can be enlarged to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, making it perfect for shared meals and gatherings.
To ensure a pleasant temperature during the summer months, the property is equipped with several air-conditioning units. The upper apartment has three air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living room, while the ground-floor apartment has one air-conditioning unit. Thanks to its naturally shaded location, the ground-floor apartment remains pleasantly cool for most of the day even without additional cooling.
A special highlight of Holiday Home Ira is its spacious outdoor area, ideal for spending time together, sunbathing and enjoying relaxing summer days. Guests have access to a private seasonal swimming pool measuring 7 × 4 m and 1.40 m deep, surrounded by a sunny terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
For those who enjoy preparing and sharing meals outdoors, there is also an outdoor fireplace/grill with a large dining table and enough chairs for all guests – the perfect setting for al fresco dinners and relaxing summer evenings together.

Pets are welcome with prior notice, subject to an additional fee of 15 eur per day.
