Kristiine Hotels, Tallinn

While Kristiine offers a pleasant residential experience in Tallinn, the most similar neighbourhoods in terms of residential feel, amenities, and connectivity are Mustamäe and Nõmme.Mustamäe, located just southwest of Kristiine, is much-loved for its green spaces and planned residential areas. It's home to Tallinn University of Technology, giving it a youthful energy in certain parts, but it largely consists of apartment buildings set amongst parks and tree-lined streets. This area is particularly suitable for those who appreciate good public transport links to the city centre and proximity to larger shopping centres without being in the middle of the city's hustle and bustle.Nõmme, further south, is known as Tallinn's "forest city" due to its abundance of pine forests and green areas. It offers a more suburban, almost resort-like feel with many private houses and larger plots. It's superb for families or couples seeking a quieter, greener environment with excellent opportunities for outdoor activities like walking and cycling.

The best time to go to Kristiine is during the summer months, from June to August, when the weather is at its warmest and most pleasant for exploring.During this period, you can expect average temperatures ranging from 18°C to 22°C (64°F to 72°F), with long daylight hours, often extending until 10 PM or later. This creates ideal conditions for enjoying outdoor activities, strolling through parks, and experiencing local events.
