About this property
Beach cottage in nature reserve with one minute to the sea and the white sand beach
- Fantastic beach location in the middle of a nature reserve. 70 meters from the white sandy beach is this exclusive little cottage with three bedrooms, living room with well equipped kitchen, two toilets, shower, porch, laundry room, storage room. You can walk directly onto the secluded terraces.
You have a private road to the cottage with a boom. You go straight to nature (see pictures) Biking and hiking trails pass a few hundred meters from the cottage. You can borrow bicycles for free. Internet Wi-Fi is included and also my website with attractions, excursions, scenic places, entertainment, restaurants, and much more.
You have 7 km to Degeberga golf course and several others in the immediate area. Bathing you can do in the sea at the cottage or temporarily bath a few km away where you can also swim in the winter
Self-catering.
3 bedrooms (1st with double bed, 2nd with single bed)
Electricity is charged extra and will be added to the rental amount (300 SEK / week) during low and mid season
