Flott rom og god service!

Flott rom og veldig god service av hyggelige og imøtekommende folk som yter mer enn hva de ble spurt om! Blide sørlendinger på det beste :) Litt "labyrint-følelse" å finne fram fra rom til spisested.

Kommer ikke tilbake

Bra størrelse på rommet, men det var det eneste som var bra. Fryktelig frokost. Kjøttpålegg var brunt og tørt. Direkte uappetittlig og uspiselig. Også osten var tørr og bar preg av flere ganger ut og inn av kjøleskapet. Dårlig utvalg av brød. Rett og slett en frokost som ikke holder minimumsstandard for en hotellfrokost. Det burde også vært opplyst at hotellet eies og drives av Filadelfia. Det kan være flere enn oss som hadde valgt et annet hotell i Kristiansand dersom vi hadde kjent til at dette er Filadelfias hotell.

Et godt sted å overnatte! God seng og god plass; nesten som å ha en liten leilighet. Sentralt, men likevel rolig. Selv om det ikke var døgnbemannet, var det god service. Enkel, men god frokost!

Fint og rent. Store rom. God info før ankomst. Ingen i resepsjonen hele helgen foruten da vi skulle levere nøkkelkort. Det fremgår ingen steder at det først og fremst ikke er et hotell, men at hotellet bare er en liten del av bygget. Skuffende frokost ut ifra pris.

Helt OK, men...

Rom og boende er ikke noe å si på. Helt topp. Litt tungvint da jeg hadde bil, og garagsjeinngang og hotelinngang var på helt ulike sider av bygningen. Heller ikke noen korttidsparkering ved entreen. Mye ut og inn og hit og dit før jeg var på plass. Frokosten var og noe sparsomlig og enkel. Men jeg var der bare for å overnatte så i det store hele var det helt OK.

Perfekt!

Ble møtt av hyggelig personale som forklarte hvordan ting fungerte. Rommet var stort og fint, og helt rent og ryddig. Ingen støy utenfra eller innenfra. Midt i sentrum, og busstopp til de aller fleste bussene er rett utenfor døren. Et helt supert opphold!

Luftig turvei til enkel frokost😄

Alt var fint! Det sprutregnet og jeg måtte ta på regntøy og støvler, istedenfor «tøfler». Dermed Savnet jeg å gå tørrskodd med direkte tilgang fra flott hotellrom bort til enkel frokost i flott Frokostområde.

Vanskelig å finne rommet i 3. etg. Hvorfor er det ikke et lite kjøleskap i et så stort og flott rom? TV'en funket ikke hele tiden. Lite å velge imellom ved frokost. Pluss for rolige omgivelser og flott og nytt rom og deilig bad.

Fraværet av en ordinær resepsjon gjorde enkle oppgaver noe komplisert, om kafeen er stengt. Selv inngangen var noe utfordrende å finne. Men rommet var utsøkt, når man først fant det.

Super lækkert hotel

Det her er bare et super hotel. Jeg har kun rosende ord for værelset og selve hotellet. Det er lækker indrettet og der er masser af plads, alt er nyt og beliggenheden fejler heller intet, dog var morgenmaden ikke helt fantastisk. Men hver sin smag.

Smart and convenient

Excellent Hotel for a self-sufficient business traveller. Reception hours limited so guests to check-in by them selves. Worked very well and proved to be an efficient solution. Can recommend for everyone out for a no-frills, wysiwyg hotel! 👍

Fint og nytt hotell i Kristiansand. Kjempegod plass på rommet gjør det ideelt for en barnefamilie. Eget mini-lekeland ved restauranten. God beliggenhet forholdsvis sentralt og med gangavstand til sentrum. Parkering er mulig i parkeringskjeller med bilheis etter avtale med hotellet. Rommene er utstyrt med egen vannkoker. Resepsjonen er ikke døgnåpen, men det er døgnåpen telefon ved behov. Kan absolutt anbefales både for forretningsreisende, men særlig for familier på grunn av størrelsen på rommene.
