"Hotel Southern Star is a wonderful place to stay while exploring the beautiful city of Mysore. The location is ideal — just a short ride away from all the main attractions, including Mysore Palace, the zoo, and the bustling Devaraja Market. Despite being close to everything, the hotel itself feels like a calm, green oasis in the middle of the city. The amenities are excellent. There are three restaurants to choose from, each serving delicious food with plenty of variety — from local South Indian dishes to continental options. The swimming pool is well-maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and the lush garden adds a lovely touch of serenity to the property. The staff deserve special mention — they are warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it’s arranging transport, offering local recommendations, or simply making sure you’re comfortable, they go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. All in all, Hotel Southern Star combines comfort, great service, and convenience in one of India’s most charming cities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mysore!"
