Modern Apartment with Panoramic Mountain Views

Only 10 minutes away from Lucerne downtown is this jewel:
Bright, modern and newly built apartment for up to 7 people with breath-taking views!
This accommodation offers space for 7 guests. It has a large 180 cm bed in each bedroom. For other guests there are two comfortable sofa beds in the living room.
A highlight is also the video projector in the living room, where you can enjoy a movie in the evening, so you have your own home cinema :-).
The apartment is located in Kriens, only 2 minutes from the bus/train stop "Mattenhof", from where you can reach the Lucerne train station within 5 minutes. In the surroundings, there are shopping facilities (on the premises) and plenty of restaurants to enjoy.
There is a multi-storey car park right next to the apartment. If you are traveling by public transport, the bus/train stop "Mattenhof" is within 2 minutes walking distance, which takes you to Lucerne. The famous Pilatus trains can also be reached from the apartment within 15 minutes.

Guest Access:
Guests can use the whole apartment. Please note that we have underground parking included in the price, it is accessed with a plastic parking card, and if losing it, you will be required to pay a fine.

It is a self check-in and we make it as easy as possible for you to get into the apartment. You will get all relevant information a few days before your check-in and you can contact me any time via Airbnb during daytime until the evening :-) Please note that we have a guest form to be filled out, the same way as you have it in hotels too. This can be done easily upfront on the PC. As this apartment is in a residential area with neighbours, quiet times are needed after 10 PM at night (room level noise after that time). Therefor we have a noise alert device installed that notifies the host in case it should get too loud.
