Einchecken war sehr unpersönlich, man muss sich den Schlüssel aus einer Schublade holen, obwohl der Besitzer an der Rezeption war, auch wurde mir erst auf Nachfrage gesagt, wo sich das Zimmer befindet, bzw, erst mal "die Zimmer sind gekennzeichnet". Frühstückszeit stimmt nicht mir der auf der homepage angegebenen Zeit überein, leider wurde es abgelehnt, mir das Frühstück an einem Tag zur angegebenen Zeit zur Verfügung zu stellen. Habe dann wegen Termin drauf verzichtet, Gutschrift ist nicht erfolgt. Muffiger Geruch im Zimmer, Fenster musste ich deshalb immer offen lassen. An einem Morgen brandiger Geruch im Zimmer, welcher vom Heizkörper im Bad kam und verflog als ich diesen abgedreht hatte. In der darauffolgenden Nacht bin ich aus diesem Grund aufgestanden um den Heizkörper abzustellen. Keine Badezimmertüre, deshalb nach dem Duschen trotz Heizung zu kalt im Bad. Fernseher hängt viel zu hoch in dem Zimmer in welchem ich untergebracht war, konnte nicht geradeaus darauf blicken, sehr unbequem. Dafür war das Bett bequem. An einem Tag gab es altbackene Brötchen zum Frühstück, es gab zwar sehr gutes Brot, leider erst gesehen nachdem ich mir ein Brötchen genommen hatte. 2 Tage lag ein Putzlappen der Reinigungskraft im Zimmer, erst auf dem Tisch, dann auf der Heizung, wo ich ihn hingelegt hatte. Alles in allem spricht für meine mittelmäßige Beurteilung.

I’m Gang vor den Zimmern unerträglicher Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch. Beim Frühstück schwammen auf dem Honig kleine Fliegen. Bad substandard.

Gemütliches Hotel mit besonderem Ambiente wegen liebevoller Sammlung und Ausstellung der vielen Teddybären. Vorteilhafte Lage, da Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber. Badestrand und Schiffsanlegestelle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Freundliche Betreuung und engagierter Eigentümer. Familienfreundliches Hotel, in dem auch Hunde willkommen sind. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Gemütliche Einrichtung der Zimmer.

Hôtel très bruyant placé devant une gare de trains avec un simple vitrage. Ménage de la chambre pas fait de 4 jours. Remplacement des serviettes le dernier jour car nous l’avons réclamé. Et pour finir 2 jours sans eau chaude. À part ça, la décoration est sympa et l’hôtel mériterait quelques travaux de confort essentiels, le bâtiment le vaut bien

Bäriger Aufenthalt

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und wir können es nur empfehlen. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider ist in der nähe eine Bar, von welcher bei schönem Wetter ein hoher Lärmpegel ausgeht. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend. Wir werden dieses Hotel wieder ansteuern, wenn wir in der nähe des Bodensees eine Unterkunft brauchen.

Ein mit Liebe gestaltetes Hotel,sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück entspricht normalem Standart. Das Zimmer war gerade im sanitären Bereich mehr als eng.Zwischen Dusche und WC gerade mal ca. 45 cm platz, da fällt das abtrocknen schon mal schwer. Zum Händewaschen und Zähneputzen muss man dann in`s Zimmer. Schade dass dann auch noch das Restaurant geschlossen war. Der Preis für den Aufenthalt war schon ziemlich stolz (in meinen Augen überteuert ) Zusammenfassung: Ein liebevolles gestaltetes sauberes aber leider zu teures ,und bei uns im Sanitärbereich verbesserungswürdiges Hotel.

Super gemachtes Themenhotel für Bärchen Fans. Überall und in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden 😃 viele außergewöhnliche Exemplare zu entdecken. Sehr nette Leute am Empfang und im Restaurant. die Speisen (auch Frühstück) sind von sehr guter Qualität, sehr hochwertig sowie regional geprägt!

Sehr enges Zimmer. Waschbecken im Zimmer und nicht im Bad. Dusche sehr eng. Kleines sehr lautes Bett. Schlaf kaum möglich durch Bettgeräusch.

Arrivée jeudi vers 14h30, je reçois la clé de ma chambre, 37 degrés dans la pièce, pas d'air conditionné, un four…. Pas de wifi alors que c'était annoncé, pas de place de parking réservée

Trevligt hotell, fyllt av teddybjörnar. Bra läge bredvid stationen och turistbyrån. Rymliga rum och trevligt värdpar. Rymliga rum. Egen bar på hotellet, som dock stänger vid 22.

Das Bad ist ein "NOGO" Das WC kann nicht ordnungsgemäß benütz werden das die Wand direkt vor der WC Schüssel ist . Zum Duschen muß über die WC Schüssel gestiegen wegen. Die Nasszeille einfach ein Unding!! Trotz dass wir ein Comfort-Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten. Das Hotel verdient meiner Meinung höchsten einen Stern.!!

Neat, friendly staff but some room for improvement

Staff are very friendly and caring. The theme application throughout (such as the doors to the rooms being marked as "bear caves" etc) is extremely cute, teddy bear keyrings, games in the room and also the little sign in reception saying that if you have trouble sleeping they can arrange a teddy for you to cuddle. I really liked that :) The bears are beautiful. The position of the hotel is also excellent - being right across from the train stop and Tourist Info centre makes it very convenient for day excursions if you do not wish to drive. Rooms can definitely benefit from having air-conditioning or even just normal fans fitted/available on request - it was an extremely hot weekend and it the heat was most uncomfortable, even in the room. Would have liked off-street parking facilities, but for the most part (other than Saturday night) the street was quiet at least. Breakfast service was also okay, but for me it was not great. Plates & bowls are extremely small, the fruit selection was pretty much limited to apple and the Bircher muesli was fizzy.

Hatten 3 Nächte im Comfort-Zimmer gebucht. Bad stellte sich als Nasszelle heraus mit Dusche und WC. Waschbecken befand sich im Schlafraum ohne Steckdose am Waschtisch oder in unmittelbarer Nähe für elektrische Zahnbürste oder Rasierer. Das Hotel liegt in Bahnhofnähe. Schon früh fährt bzw. steht längere Zeit die Dieslellok. (vor 7:00Uhr). Ebenfalls zu dieser Zeit wurde von der Gemeinde das Laub mit einem Laubbläser beseitigt. Ausschlafen war nicht möglich. (Geöffnete Fenster bei Temperaturen um 20°C in der Nacht). Das Frühstück, der Service und die Sauberkeit waren sehr gut.
