Best location ever! Transportation right there. Manager was very very nice. No hot water for shower but they did get some of it to work before we left. We would stay there again.

Excellent stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. Fantastic location within walking distance to many great attractions and shopping. A definite must when you are here during winter. Also very quiet. The rooms were exquisite and very large -- I was originally going to book the mandarin oriental or fairmont but the rooms there are much smaller. We had a beautiful room that was at least 500 square feet and had a gorgeous double sink bathroom. The high vaulted ceilings are amazing in this particular room. The spa was a relaxing and beautiful end to a cold wintery adventure each day. The lobby bar was chic and modern, with a very lovely young bartender from Brno. Little extras like the cookies and book left in the room are appreciated for a luxury hotel. Of exceptional service was Jan at the front desk who was so wonderful and also helped me with mailing my post cards back home -- and was especially lovely, accommodating, and extremely welcoming. All in all a very exceptional stay -- a lovely surprise!!!

Comfortable room and excellent location. Bed was very comfortable and i enjoyed a nice deep, hot bath after walking about in the cold.

Clean, very attentive staff, a little small rooms.
