"Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und erkundigt sich, ob alles zur Zufriedenheit ist. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam.Etwas schwierig ist es ev. mit dem Parkplatz. "Pros: Alles in allem war es sauber ordentlich und gut eingerichtet. Wir würden es wieder buchen wenn es uns nach Lübeck verschlägt. Cons: Der TV ging leider nicht hat keine Verbindung zum Internet gefunden und auch so über Antenne keine Sender gefunden. Leider konnte man die Lichtschalter an der rechten Seite des Bettes nicht nutzen da,da die Rückwand vom Bett vor steht . Eine kleine Anmerkung von uns wäre vielleicht ein kleines Plätzchen für den Hund einzurichten von er sich ablegen kann."

"Wohnung war sehr sauber, Entfernung zur Altstadt 20 Min. Checkin klappte sehr gut. 2 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten.Wohnung war als Monteurswohnung deklariert, nur zum schlafen sicher gut geeignet, im Bad konnte man nicht "umfallen", ein Tisch an den man sich setzen konnte um zusammen zu speisen war nicht vorhanden, eine Kaffeemaschine bei der keiner wusste wie sie funktioniert, ich habe die Beschreibung zur Wohnung sicher nicht richtig gelesen, darum möchte ich keine schlechte Rezession...

"Room was clean, price very reasonable for a 5* and so close to city centre. My only gripe was the noise level given the room location - I was close to the inner hotel area, 1002, and bar music & chatter was on until midnight, also the location felt like a thoroughfare, either the staff was vacuuming outside or people walked past talking loudly, etc. All ok and normal but I do think the room door needs to be soundproofed or a second door, after the bathroom, needs to be added to close off the bedroom part. It was not as relaxing as I was hoping it to be. Overall though, very nice hotel and I'd come back (asking for a different room location). "

"We came here for a week in late November, looking forward to a relaxing spa break. They insisted that the whirpool (hot tub) is supposed to be at max 30°c. So it was cold and unusable during our stay here. The pillows are uncomfortable - one of them is lumpy and the other is narrow and hard. Room was okay. Spacious. Beautiful location by the lake. Parking is limited."
