"Generally a nice hotel with clean room, easy access to station and public transport, and good breakfast. But a few things were issues: - Expedia states the hotel has laundry facilities. This is not correct. There is only an expensive laundry service. - for other hotels I am staying at on my trip, Expedia states that local taxes must be paid separately at the hotel. There was no mention of this for this hotel, but I was charged an extra 12 Euro at check-in. - the sink in the room had very poor drainage."

"Excellent in all aspects except one -- avoid the restaurant. It is mediocre at best with exorbitant (and hidden) prices. A cesar salad ended being $28. And they charge for tap water, it seems. But the hotel itself is fantastic! Great location, great room, great atmosphere. "

"Decent hotel just a 2 minute walk from Central Station. Perfect location to explore Berlin and direct trains to airport. Nice clean modern rooms. Comprehensive vending facilities in the foyer for food, alcohol and other drinks hot and cold which is a nice touch. Hot water for tea and coffee available as well. Nice bar shuts midnight. Luggage storage via payable lockers. Comfortable, good price. Happy to stay here again next time in Berlin. "
