The customer service was great

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days. It is a very new and clean hotel, which is not far from the Main Street (Krasnaya). The swimming pool & spa are not available to the guests as they are not finished yet. The customer service was great. In overall i enjoyed my stay.

Хороший, комфортный отель

Отель очень приятный, стандартный номер просторный и уютный,кравать очень удобная. В целом впечатление приятное, я бы рекомендовала этот отель. Беда только с парковкой - для неё отведено очень мало места. Немного не хватило внимания к мелочам у отеля (возле чайника в номере только пакетики чая, нет кофе; кое-где не очень тщательно убрано). Но это все не критичные недостатки:)

в целом все понравилось

Отель расположен недалеко от центра , ремонт хороший , все соответствует 4 звёздам . Ресторан потрясающий . Лишь три небольших минуса: несмотря на то что номере есть климат контроль , все равно очень холодно , особенно в ванной комнате , очень медленный интернет и то, что в отеле нет зоны с доступом к компьютерам и принтерам. Чтобы распечатать документы , пришлось просить на респешене и то не сразу согласились лишь при условии , что документов много не будет .

СО Конгресс Отель Краснодар- приятно удивил!

Отличный отель. Были проездом на одни сутки. Персонал вежливый, отель чистый, номер выполнен в лаконичных цветах. В отеле тихо и спокойно. Парковка вокруг отеля бесплатная, мест достаточно. В 20 минутах ходьбы ТЦ Галерея и площадь. Порадовал выезд на Адыгею быстро и без пробок.
