The Brand-new, stunning Villa Kiwi offers a private and modern sanctuary in paradise, featuring a SPARKLING MAGNESIUM MINERAL POOL, stylish contemporary finishes, and a fully gated area with private parking and a dedicated diving gear wash tank. This extremely spacious retreat boasts an open indoor-outdoor layout including two oversized suite-style bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and an expansive patio perfect for enjoying gorgeous sunsets and views of the Salt Pier. Conveniently located within walking distance of Bachelor Beach, Delfins Beach, Ocean Oasis, and premier dining like the exclusive Brass Boer, the villa is also just a short drive from world-class kiteboarding at Kite Beach, windsurfing at Jibe City, and the vibrant shops and dive spots of Kralendijk.

*Each Villa offers 2 beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. Please note that we do not provide beach umbrella due to safety and high winds on the island.

*NOTE. We take great pleasure in regularly updating and enhancing our property. This includes incorporating new decorations, throw pillows and blankets, furniture, and bedding, and refreshing the color scheme. Consequently, the current setup may not exactly match the images featured in the listing. This modern spacious property is exactly as pictured in the listing. Our hostess Carolina was exceptionally welcoming, provided great hospitality, recommendations and was very responsive to all of our needs, ultimatley exceeding our overal expectations. We will likely look at re-booking our stay here next year and look forward to seeing this new community more developed. This is a good value and I would recommend it highly! Great layout for a small family or 2 couples.
