Lovely hotel - nice staff, beautiful location with great pool and spa facilities - only small niggle was the VERY loud air-conditioning which didnt go below 21c... on a day that was 32c!

Polecam duży bardzo ładny obiekt. Strefa relaksu tez super choć pracowała tylko jedna sauna i szlafrok był już po przejściach. Poza tym idealnie.

Das Hotel war absolut sauber. Das Personal super nett. Im Restaurant alles junge Leute, keiner sprach Englisch. Das gleiche beim Frühstück. Tresor ging am Folgetag nicht auf. Der Hausmeister sagte, dass das öfter passieren würde. Gutes und teures Essen, also angemessen an der Qualität. Unser Steaks leider alles andere als Medium - Sehr Schade. Kellnerin, da sie kein englisch spricht, Berührungsangst, kam nicht wieder, fragte nicht wieder nach Getränken oder dem Service, schenke keinen Wein nach und wollte keinen Kontakt mit Ihren wenigen Gästen. Ebenfalls Schade.

Negativ und Positiv

Es gibt positive und negative Eindrücke. Negativ, rein polnische Gäste, keine internationale Zeitung, keinerlei ausländische Fernsehsender. Urlaub mit Hunden sehr problematisch, weil es in der Umgebung sehr wenig Möglichkeiten zum Freilauf gibt. Positiv, ausgezeichneter Service, seht gute Küche. Wir mussten zwei Nächte eher abreißen, weil meine Frau nach dem Besuch von Auschwitz einen Zusammenbruch hatte. Geld zurück gab es vom Hotel leider nicht, das ist sehr schlechtes Geschäftsgebaren trotz mehrmaliger Aussprache mit der Hotelmanagerin. Insgesamt, für deutsche Familien NICHT empfehlenswert.

Very nice rooms and food

We only stayd for one night - business trip - so we didn't see any surroundings or used the swimmingpool/spa etc - but the rooms were really nice and clean - dinner was very fine quality - breakfast too - only the coffee-machine could need an upgrade :)

Rewelacyjne miejsce na weekendowy relaks

Blisko Katowic, Krakowa, Bielska - do godziny-półtorej drogi. Świetne miejsce na relaks weekendowy, hotel w zasadzie na przedmieściach Wadowic, niedaleko (choć już kilkanaście minut jazdy samochodem) także do Lanckorony oraz - gdy ktoś lubi - parków rozrywki w Zatorze i Inwałdzie. Niewielki minus za lokalizację w pobliżu drogi oraz za jednak sporą odległość do gór wyższych niż Beskid Średni czy też Beskid Mały. Na plus - rewelacyjna obsługa oraz przestrzeń do relaksu (nie tylko basen, ale także kręgle, bilard, hotelowa biblioteka etc.). Korzystna relacja ceny do jakości - w innych hotelach SPA **** za pobyt zapłacimy więcej :). Sporo rodzin z dziećmi - na miejscu bawialnia, brodzik w basenie, boisko do siatkówki, miejsce do grillowania...

Ogromne rozczarowanie!

Ogromne rozczarowanie! Pokój zamiast o 14 był gotowy dopiero o 17 i to po naszej interwencji.Padły słowa przepraszam ze strony recepcji i nic poza tym. Ja też przepraszam ale nie polecę hotelu nikomu i mocno się zastanowię nad powrotem w to miejsce.
