"This hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The decor at the hotel was stunning. Was in a really good area where bars and restaurants all around. Comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was very nice with a lot of choice."

"We had a great stay in our jacuzzi suite, the room was clean and we had a great sleep in the comfy king size beds, the location was perfect aswell just a few minute walk from the main square. We could not hear any street noise during our 3 day weekend stay. We would be ore than happy to stay here again, only Small issue was the Tea/coffee/milk was not replaced during daily cleaning for our morning drink."

"The room was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything our family needed. I especially enjoyed having both a soaking bathtub and a spacious shower. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town, yet the room was remarkably quiet. We were extremely happy with the hotel we chose and would gladly stay there again."

"This was a great place to stay while visiting Krakow. It is in the perfect location. We had a large window that we could open onto the Square and listen to the music. They do party on the square into the early morning, so if you are noise, sensitive, bring earplugs. We were extremely impressed with the staff. They were very accommodating and helped us with our itineraries, transportation, and local recommendations. We felt very pampered in this hotel and will stay here again. The breakfast was delicious also in the restaurant connected to the hotel."

Also the card and small gift for my birthday it was a one of the kind. I travel lots and most of the time I am away on my birthday but it was first time when staff and management wished me happy birthday. I will definitely back to you on my next trip to Krakow"
