"Despite being one of the- or the - oldest hotel in town the modern refurb is quite austere: slick modern and very pared back. Our suite was spacious but felt like an apartment that someone had yet to move into and make their own. Not one cushion in sight even on a quite hard sofa. Ditto with restaurant - gorgeous food (set lunch is very good value) just soulless because almost empty. Staff in reception not welcoming or friendly at all / restaurant staff better."

"The room look beautiful on arrival, the bed was very comfortable however the pillows and seating was very tired and saggy. This was such a shame as everything else was very elegant and refined. The staff throughout the staff were respectful and polite. This was very much appreciated. Overall a lovely hotel."

"Highly recommended. Easy access to places, just a beautiful location and the hotel staff members were very friendly. A free Champagne bottle in the room was a surprise! You can take it to outdoor patio/restaurant to drink. Lots storage places to place your belongings. The bed was very comfortable. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel."

"Really enjoyed this hotel. It's in a great location, very close to the main train station and shopping mall and only a few minutes to walk to the Old Town. It had great soundproofing and blackout curtains so we slept well. The room was well equipped with everything we needed and the shower was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again."

"As ideal a place for solo travellers as I think is possible. Great location for exploring Krakow on foot and close proximity to train station (useful for salt mine excursion). Would fully recommend for anyone else solo in Krakow for a few days like me!"
