Very nice hotel, quiet area the majority of the time, 5 minute walk from tram station to get you anywhere. Quiet hotel and lovely hotel rooms, staff there if you need them.

Delicious, buffet breakfast served, free parking. Hotel located close to old town, around 30min of walk. Clean and spacious room. Restaurant serves delicious food. Overall we had a fantastic stay in the hotel. Friendly and polite staff.

Beautiful, new building. Very friendly and helpful and respectful staff. They’re looking after guests. One of the cleanest and quiet places I ever stayed in. I stayed with two kids. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very new and very quiet. It is quite far from the center but has a free parking. We felt the breakfast was overpaid: there no buffet but they bring you bunch of breads / cheeses / meats to your table. There's a self service coffee machine and a bottle of orange juice. The second day we also got a menu with a choice of hot dishes to choose from (the first day they've forgotten), we took the waffles but they were not very good. The sauna was closed because of Corona although there were almost no other people in the hotel and we could have used it safely. Also no daily room cleaning because of Corona. You get 2 small bottles of water in your room, but just the first day (we asked to get new ones the second day but didn't get them)

It s not a central hotel but with 1 € you can reach the center in 12 minutes . The public transport is reliable and efficient . My problem was that I haven’t slept ( although I requested a silent room) : first night the noise of the a/c ( although it was not active ) and second the noise of a group next to my room till 2am. You can hear a fart from the next door , immagine a party with 5 drank person at night. It s not a hotel fault however . Staff fast and polite. Breakfast ok , lots of choice . Overall 4 points out of 5.

Mkt bra hotell med 15 min me spårvagn till Oldtown
Mycket rent o fräscht, lite litet gym, stod handikapps anpassat men var väldigt trångt. Fanns inga skyltar om ej städning, vilket gjorde att man ej kunde tacka nej. Mycket trevlig personal.

Very nice and lovely hotel, and I plus for that you can load your electric car. Minus for it was outside the center of Krakow. And not so many restaurants in the near.

Tuvimos problemas con la temperatura de la habitación, el que no lograron resolver por lo que nos cambiaron de habitacion. Puedes tomar el trenvia 18 o 3 que te conecta con el centro.

Prima ruime kamers met goede faciliteiten. Bed was wat aan de kleine kant en matras weg zacht, maar dat is persoonlijk Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid, echter moest je wel steeds vragen of iets aangevuld kon worden. Enig minpuntje is dat het pal tussen een ambulancepost en tankstation ligt waardoor je 24/7 last van geluid hebt vanwege de erg dunne muren.
