One of the best holiday apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Very cleverly laid out providing well designed accommodation, finished to a high standard and with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is very close to the old town square and is in walkable distance to the train station (7 minutes). The property was very nice and provided us the opportunity to cook our own meals (which we didn't) and both our son and us had our own suite which was perfect - two bathrooms were also included

It looks like you had a fantastic stay! The proximity of the old town square and the distance to the train station is extremely convenient. The ability to cook your own meals, even if you haven't used it, adds an extra layer of comfort. Having separate apartments for you and your son and two bathrooms certainly made the stay even more pleasant and comfortable. It's great to hear that the apartment provided everything needed for a great experience.

Th facility and the room were kept very nice, very clean, and very comfortable. The only thing I feel other visitors should know is that the address will vary depending on which area of the Fragola Apartments you stay in. The address I was provided was not accurate for the area of my apartment which caused confusion upon arrival and for my tour pickup point. My airport pickup driver, booked through the Fragola Apartments was amazing, very helpful, and I owe him my gratitude for helping me find the location and get in safely. The street of my apartment was closed off for a lot of construction. However, when I attempted to schedule airport drop off with Fragola, I did not get a response from them and ended up having to order an uber.

Beautiful Apartment
The apartments are not on the square as advertised on the map and by Hotels.com that is reception, the apartments are out of the square but only an 8min walk. The communication with the staff was excellent and they booked us a taxi to and from the airport which was very reasonable. There were 2 bedrooms and we asked for 2 singles in one room as it's 2 doubles, for the children and they did this for us, from our experience most hotels forget but we were really grateful they had remembered. The apartment was beautiful, I would love my house to look like that. It was very clean and there was water in the fridge, tea, coffee etc. too. My son said about the place that I'd excelled myself this time! If I go to Krakow again I would definitely stay there.

Excellent apartment right on the main square
A wonderful apartment. Very clean and quiet location right by the main square and cathedral. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars very close by. Apartment is on the third floor accessed by stairs only... No lift. That was ok for me but my Mum struggled a bit. Communication from the apartment owners was brilliant and they very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Great stay, clean & a super location to the town. Just struggled trying to get in the first time as it was dark & there’s three entrance doors so our only feedback would be is to make the process of accessing these doors with the codes slightly clearer.

Very comfortable stay in this charming old building apartment. It was just outside of the hustle and bustle of the main district, but easily walkable for all of our sightseeing purposes. The ramen restaurant down the street, Kinki Noodles was a very delicious option.

The apartment is exactly as described. The bath and sauna were very much appreciated after a long day walking. Bed was a little firm for our liking but the apartment was very clean and the location between the Old Town and Jewish Quarter was perfect.

Highly recommend
Very clean and spacious apartment. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were large. A big plus was the washer in the unit. The kitchen was well appointed. The location was fantastic as it’s close to everything!! The staff was fantastic, everyone from the airport shuttle driver, security at the front door of apartment to the office staff. They were friendly, caring, professional and quickly responded to emails.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and the apartment was exactly like the pics online (a rarity these days!). Really comfortable, well equipped, lovely shower with plenty of pressure. Whilst the apartment was easily walking distance to the old town it was still quiet enough to feel rested. Will definitely stay here again when we return to krakow.

Great Location! Cute Apartment
We stayed at the Szpitalna 20 Street apartment. It was clean and updated with nice furnishings. The location was excellent! Communication was good for the most part. The only complaint I have is that both their central air conditioning and their portable one did not sufficiently cool the small room. In fact the portable one had a hose that I assume should be run outside since it blew very hot air out!! The unit blew cool air but did nothing to cool the hot air coming from the hose. Needless to say, our tiny room was very hot! It was 80 degrees outside. Aside from this issue, we loved the apartment!

Short stay in Krakow
Great stay at the apartment which was just a 5-10min walk to the main square. The apartment itself was well appointed although no utensils (knife, fork etc)so take some with you if you intend having breakfast etc whilst there. Otherwise a really good choice to stay rather than the normal hotel offering.

Great location near major tourist district. New style decor but constant food smell in the apartment as we check in and the smell don't seems to go off. Toilet is clean but ventilation seems poor - smell unpleasant throughout our stay.

I am a little disappointed at the fact that I booked for a view of the Market Center and I didn’t get it we arrived at the apartments just to be told that we had to walk about 2 miles to another site with our 3 luggage’s they didn’t even offer a ride it was an inconvenience. We never had in service ( housekeeping) we bathed every day and dried ourselves with the same towels . We are grateful for the early checkin . That was the good thing . There is no AC unit just a portable fan . No reception just security.

Amazing place in Krakow but poor communication
Amazing place to stay in Krakow with perfect central location. The apartment is very spacious although it does lack a bit of character and charm. The two bathrooms and the sauna a definitely the highlight. Communication with the company was a bit poor though. We had noisy guests staying next door that were very loud in the middle of the night and we had no response from the company about dealing with the issue.

A great apartment - we stayed in the one in Zacisze (be careful to check which one you book as they are located all around Crakow!). Good location, two minute walk to the Old Town via the St Florian’s Gate entrance, also only 5 minute walk to the central train and bus station which was convenient for us as we got the train to/from the airport. Easy access to the apartment via door codes which was good as we arrived at 11pm - good communication from Fragola. Apartment was modern, clean, spacious and nice decor. Nice hot shower, comfy bed, quiet at night. Kitchen stocked with all equipment you would need to cook. Also tea and coffee provided. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and had no problems - we would recommend and stay again!

Nice place with a great location. The apartment is about 2 blocks from the main square. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from the train/bus station. We had a great time in Krakow.

Lovely
Lovely comfortable apartment, beautifully decorated just off the main square. Bit of a hike up to the 3rd floor but was aware of that when booked. Great communication from the team at fragola. Will definitely book again for a stay a bit closer to the old Jewish quarter.

Nice apartment
Really nice apartment comfy beds shame there wasnt a shower ,instead there was a bath with a poor shower head that was 2 feet above the bath ,would defo stay again in the future
