This was an odd experience. The hotel listing advertises room service at this property, and the first night of our stay we ordered room service without a problem, enjoying a very pleasant meal. The second night, a different person at the front desk said they didn't have room service and it was impossible that we had received it the previous night (super weird) and said they had no idea how we had ordered it before, even when I said their hotel advertised room service as an amenity and we'd already enjoyed it. They suggested we go to the restaurant downstairs. We did, and at 6:45 pm they were closing and told us we couldn't be served unless we'd already paid (we had not). What sort of restaurant closes before 7 pm? And why does your ability to order room service depend on the whim of the person staffing reception? Apart from this, the location was lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a retreat just outside of Krakow. Not if you want to eat at the property though!

Have stayed here several times. Service is always good. Rooms are comfortable. Located between Krakow center and airport. Only downside is that public transportation is not readily available here

Very close to downtown Cracow and to the airport. Very clean and modern. Delicious breakfast that our kids loved. Comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this place, very quiet hotel in the woods, but still only 10 min drive to Kraków. A lovely 20 min walk through the woods will also take you to Kraków Zoo. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning

Dears, We are only 5 km from the royal Castle in Wawel Hill. At the same time we are in the Wolski Forest what provides you the opportunity to rest after your city break. This is our value and we encourage to take benefits from it. If you, however, expect the hotel in the City Centre, our offer is not for you, but we would be happy if you visit us for diner in Restauracja U Ziyada.

Nel bosco nel nulla
L'hotel di per sé non è male. Si trova in un bosco isolato vicino Cracovia. Scomodo ai bus comodo con uber. Abbiamo avvisato che c'era una lampadina in bagno che non funzionava al mattino e quando diamo ritornati la sera ancora al buio era il bagno. C'è la vasca da bagno ma è vecchia e non sembrava molto pulita. Come il resto.

Aspect extérieur très austère . Couloirs pour accéder aux chambres également type HLM. Chambres confortables et propres. Avons rencontré un problème avec une porte intérieure qui s'est bloquée nous empêchant de sortir de la chambre pour accéder aux toilettes. Panique pendant quelques minutes mais finalement dépannage efficace du personnel à 23.00.

Das Badezimmer und und sie Ausstattung war in einem miserablen Zustand, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im grossen und ganzen würde ich es nie weiterempfehlen.

Warto gdy skonczą remont
Okolica przepiękna, hotel w środku lasu, śpiew ptaków słychać przez otwarte okno. Obecnie budynek jest podstarzały, ale w tym roku właściciel planuje remont - po zakończeniu remontu będzie to miejsce naprawdę godne odwiedzenia. Teraz najbardziej godnym polecenia jest spacer po okolicznych lasach.

De omgeving schitterend, net buiten de stad en goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Hotel ligt bovenop een heuvel. Restaurant is in een kasteel van dezelfde eigenaar en het eten is M sterren waardig. Uitzicht is top. Personeel netjes en hulpvaardig. Enige minpunt is dat de kamers een update nodig hebben maar de bedden zijn prima en schoon. De bushalte is beneden aan de voet van de berg/ heuvel naar beneden lopen is snel naar boven is lastiger. Taxi uit het centrum zijn niet duur dus heen met de bus en terug met de taxi. Het geheel ligt rustig in een mooie omgeving en top uitzicht. Supermarkt is beneden bij de bushalte.

Ένα πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο εάν δεν έχεις πολλές απαιτήσεις. Ήσυχο με πολύ καλό πρωινό. Μερικά χιλιόμετρα από το κέντρο της πόλης αλλά χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο.
