Due to construction work on working days, there may be disturbances to rest. That is why we offer our first-class houses at a discounted introductory price and we are sure that you will feel completely comfortable. Enjoy the peace and variety of the unspoiled natural landscape far from mass tourism and relax in one of our comfortable and tastefully furnished 5 ***** holiday homes in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. With us you can get active, playing golf - horseback riding - hiking - fishing - beach volleyball - cycling, a canoe trip or just relax on our beautiful terraces. Our little sun house is a real gem. It offers tranquility seekers, nature and sports fans on 100 m² of sophisticated comfort and high-quality equipment. In your temporary home, you will be able to feel the sun, wind and weather, marvel at the sky, take in the vastness and find peace. In addition to the first-class equipment, a highlight is the in-house sauna with a play of light, Bluetooth and radio. The warmth of the sauna, the direct view of the water and the warm, crackling fire from the stove are balm for all your senses. The lake is waiting for you to cool off (distance approx. 50 m). The house has a light-flooded living-dining area with direct access to the large south-facing terrace. On the ground floor there is also a utility room, a separate toilet and the open kitchen. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower. In both bedrooms you will find a television. The complex also includes a professional beach volleyball court with the finest Baltic sand, a children's playground and a swimming area with a jetty. Your vacation area: The Nossentiner-Schwinzer HeideThe nature park stretches over almost 360 square kilometers and with its almost 60 lakes belongs to the Mecklenburg Lake District. Forest grows on more than 50% of the park area. With a little luck, you can observe many rare animal and plant species on long walks or bike rides through nature. The entire nature park has been declared a European bird sanctuary due to its diversity of endangered bird species. The area of the nature park is developed with over 250 km of cycling and hiking trails, 100 km of circular hiking trails and approx. 160 km of bridle paths. The Nossentiner / Schwinzer Heide nature park wants to become the first star park in northern Germany. Particularly dark places are honored as a star park, where one can observe the night sky very well. So far, only four areas in Germany have the title. The nature park in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania could become the fifth star park - and the first region in Northern Germany to be recognized as such.

Kleine Sonne

Sehr schöne Landschaft. Wir hatten in der ersten Woche sehr schönes Wetter und konnten jeden Tag mit dem Fahrrad etwas unternehmen. Leider war das Wetter in der zweiten Woche etwas durchwachsen, so mussten wir leider mit dem Auto vieles anschauen. Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub. Kleine Anmerkung Wenn man Warmwasser nur über Solar erzeugt muss ich den Gast darauf hinweisen, dass Duschwasser nur lauwarm ist bei schlechter Witterung.
