"Our first time staying at Villa Alexia, it was a wonderful experience. The villa was well equipped and very well maintained. The location is quiet and peaceful, we had such a relaxing stay. We met Barbara on our first day, she gave some welcomed advice about the local area, which we took full advantage of, thank you Barbara. The pool was fantastic and the beautiful garden offers plenty of area's of shade when its needed.We would definitely recommend Villa Alexia, we have stayed in two different villas in Cyprus in the past, Villa Alexia was by far the best. "We have just returned from our stay at BC 12 and thoroughly recommend the apartment, its position (which is first class for nearly all day sun) and a host who cares and sorts out any hiccups with the help of quality local assistance. "

"Our family stayed for 10 days in this lovely apartment. The apartment is modern, very well equipped with good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The view from the living area balcony (and one of the bedrooms) is over the pools which are beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. You can see the hills behind, just gorgeous! There are loads of facilities on site - tennis, golf, spa, a supermarket that has all you need including a cafe with lovely breakfast options and there are a number of restaurants/bars that are a few minutes stroll from the apartment.We hired a car but the journey from the airport was very straightforward and only about 20 mins. With all the facilities on site, you could get away with not hiring a car for the whole time if you just want to chill out locally.We visited a few beaches - we liked Pissouri beach which is a blue flag beach about 10-15 mins drive away. While it is pebbly, it had a lovely cool breeze coming off the sea. Shikha and Raj were really helpful throughout the booking process and very flexible in terms of checkout time as we had a late flight, nothing was too much trouble.All in all, we have had a fantastic stay and would definitely look to book again and recommend to our family and friends."

"Wonderful stay in a beautiful Apartment with fantastic views. The apartment has everything you need for your stay with a huge wrap around balcony with BBQ sun loungers and dining table. The complex has a lovely pool with loungers and amazing views. Absolutely faultless stay with lovely host who could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely return "
