Villa Delphin is situated on the stunning Aphrodite Hills Resort in Kouklia, Paphos, just a 5 minute drive from the resort village square and facilities. The Resort plays host to a range of facilities and activities, all designed to keep guests entertained, invigorated and relaxed during their holidays – including
• Championship standard 18 hole golf course, golf practice facilities and academy

Fantastic five bedroom villa set on double plot, offering plentiful outside space – with great outside BBQ area and large 13x5m private pool.

Bedrooms: Three double bedrooms & two twin rooms; (master bedroom ensuite with large walk-in shower, other bedrooms share a bathroom between two rooms).

Full Villa Description:
Villa Delphin is a fantastic five bedroom villa set within spacious grounds in a peaceful area of the Resort. Outside space is plentiful and includes sundeck, pergola (lovely for breakfast), shaded seating area, table tennis table and fantastic outside kitchen and BBQ area – gas BBQ) and 13x5m private pool (with heating available). The villa is comfortably furnished and decorated to a high standard. The large living area has a Smart TV that also has a comprehensive TV system with unlimited movies, sports channels and playback option. The impressive, bright kitchen-diner is a great space for socialising and food prep (with dishwasher). Both the kitchen-diner and the living area have large patio doors that open on to the outside terraces, giving both rooms a great sense of space and light.

The bedrooms are well furnished – two twin rooms are located on the ground floor, sharing a bathroom that has a bath and overhead shower. Upstairs two of the double rooms share a bathroom with large, modern walk-in shower. The large master double room has a sofa, small balcony overlooking the gardens, and an ensuite bathroom with modern walk-in shower. One of the double rooms also has a small balcony with seating, a little hidden haven perfect for enjoying a book and some peace and quiet.

The garden is beautifully landscaped and also includes an astroturf lawn which is great for children. Villa Delphin is a wonderful choice of holiday home on the Resort, with loads of space for everyone to enjoy each other’s company without feeling at all crowded.

Location within Aphrodite Hills Resort: East plateau
Aphrodite Hills is split over two plateau; known as the west and the east. The resort village square and facilities are situated on the west plateau, therefore we would definitely recommend car hire for stays here on the peaceful east plateau, then you’re just a 5 minute drive from the resort facilities.

Gorgeous, spacious villa - perfect for holiday

We highly recommend staying at Villa Delphin. We were a party of 8 adults & 1 toddler and there was more than enough space. The villa’s decor is lovely, with pool table & tennis table for extra activities. There is a lovely big pool and plenty of outdoor space. The only thing we would mention is that you may want to consider hiring a car. The villa is at the top of the resort hill, so not a lot is easily walkable. We like walking, but the on-site shop & facilities are a good 25 minutes, and you’ll want a break before making the journey back up the hill. Plus Aphrodite Hills itself isn’t easily accessible for site seeing, although there is a decent local bus service. We had a great time and certainly recommend the villa.
