I am very disappointed about my stay at this hotel. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. The cleaners said they smelt the odour but the manager came in to the room and then argued with us that he couldn’t smell anything and that the cleaner said they didn’t smell anything. He was rude and was willing to change the mattress but was just so rude and arrogant. Why be rude and say no to us if your still going to help us, it was just so upsetting. It’s a shame this happened because the property is beautiful and pool is very nice but it was just very upsetting.

This is a fantastic multi-suite hotel within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and the beach, which was excellent. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the pool and bar area is a perfect place to relax. We had two rooms that were spacious, well-appointed, spotless, and filled with natural light, providing more than enough room for our family. The front desk staff, Evi and Vicky, were outstanding. They were incredibly friendly, helped coordinate our transfers, and were always available to answer any questions throughout our stay. If you're looking for a property that's outside the busy port and downtown area but still conveniently close to everything, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

Simply perfect stay.

They clean the rooms daily, staff are super friendly. Location is great as the beach is walking distance and the port/town is 10-15 mins drive and airport is under 7 minutes.
