"We are very happy about our stay: the house is in a calm area but not too far from the main road ; Suresh has been a great host and very helpful to plan the rest of our trip. We asked for a typical local breakfast, which was very good and we enjoyed Suresh's explanations on the different dishes. Definitely recommended!"

Conveniently located, we were amazed to be in the heart of Colombo one second, and in a beautifully manicured garden with a perfectly designed pool surrounded by large trees and fauna. Our room was nestled tastefully in this oasis to provide us a serene and peaceful experience. Everything slowed down for us as soon as we arrived. "Ishan provided everything we needed during our stay and the bird house was a perfect spot to stay. The bathroom which is connected to the bedroom was very clean and the bedroom was really cool in the evening. It is slightly noisy at night with the local wildlife but it was definitely manageable. We had breakfast and dinner cooked by Ishan’s mother which was very good and well priced. "

"No toiletries, didn’t feel safe, it’s in a corner of the town that is hidden and hard to find. It was sketchy. There’s a net on the roof of the bathroom so anyone can come see inside from above; no privacy. People can see inside through the curtains. The staff were nice. Definitely not worth it for the price!!!"
