"Hotel is nice in general but not a high star hotel. Lobby a good bit the room was a bit congested with low level beds. Coffee ordered through room service arrived afte lt a couple of reminders and 30 mins later. Breakfast wanted to charge for bottled water or else was tap water, which was not a choice for foreign guests. Bottled water must be just given like they did in the rooms. "

"The rooms are spacious and nicely equipped, the food is good, the staff are pleasant. These good things have stayed consistent over many stays at this hotel. This time, however, I had a locker (safe) that did not work, and I complained 3 separate times to a female employee at the desk, with no action resulting. Finally, my Indian friend talked to the desk staff about it in Telugu, and they sent someone up to fix it."

Receptionist gave trouble asking for local ID and so many details claiming that he would have to report to the local police department because I have a foreign passport. Needed a room with two beds but as I couldn’t find such an option, I booked two rooms with single beds.
