This large holiday apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located on the first floor of a holiday home directly in beautiful Kötschach-Mauthen, in the Gailtal, Carinthia. The location is sunny and offers a wonderful view of the Carnic Alps.

The holiday apartment consists of 2 individual apartments and has 2 bright and comfortably designed living rooms (both with a sofa bed), 2 well-equipped kitchens, 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can park directly at the house.

Kötschach-Mauthen is located at the upper end of the Carinthian Gailtal, embedded in breathtaking mountain formations, belongs to the Nassfeld - Pressegger See tourism region and offers a small family ski area (Kötschach-Mauthen-Vorhegg ski area) with 6 kilometers of slopes as well as restaurants, shops, all hiking and cycling tours, the Hike World with 25 themed trails and a large swimming pool (Aquarena water and wellness oasis). The well-known Nassfeld ski area with 110 kilometers of slopes is approx. 25 km away. Other ski areas in the region are Zettersfeld at the foot of the Schleinitz in the Lienz Dolomites in East Tyrol with 21 kilometers of slopes or the Golzentipp family ski area in Obertilliach in the East Tyrolean Hochpustertal with 12 kilometers of slopes.

In summer, the Waldbad Mauthen natural swimming pool or the Pressegger See east of Hermagor offer lots of swimming fun!

From the holiday home you can start beautiful hikes and mountain tours. The cycle path passes directly in front of the house. In winter you can reach the FREE ski bus for the Nassfeld ski area, 150 m away. There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants.
