Property it’s 3 miles from the Kotor sea gate, Old town on the west side and a foot away of Vrmac hill. Vrmac hill is known as a health resort due to particular crossing of sea and mountain air.

The Old town Kotor is on the list of UNESCO world culture heritage since 1979. The cultural richness of Kotor is invaluable.
