My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The customer service exceeded all expectations every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring I felt welcome and well cared for throughout my visit. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, the buffet setup and layout was fantastic The meal was breathtakingly delicious.
The room was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s evident that the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
What truly set this experience apart was the remarkable staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, every individual demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Their attentiveness and kindness elevated my stay and left a lasting impression.

"I booked for 2 nights but I couldn't make it, so I forfeit the 1st night. Otherwise we enjoy our stay the place was nice, clean and spacious. Beautiful view"

"It was our family's second time at ANEW RESORT Hunters Rest, and it outdid the first time which was great! Again, we had a family birthday being celebrated, and we were greeted by Thabang at reception with a message from the staff. That was followed by a cake and a written greeting card upon arrival at our accommodation, which had been generously upgraded much to our great pleasure and comfort. We had an enjoyable weekend and the pool was a main hangout for our children. We appreciated the coureous service in all respects - reception, dining, etc. and some names come to mind - Thabang, Tshego (reception), Boibelo, Dimakaso and Chris (dining) - of course we can't forget to Big Up GM Stephan (whose guiding hand we are sure was at work - we hope to see him next time we visit). Keep up the good work ALL! "
