The house is about 50 m² in size. Consisting of one living room and two bedrooms, kitchen, shower / toilet and a terrace. Bed linen is provided. Please bring towels. For our younger guests there is a small playground. The arrival is between 15: 00h and 17 00 (or by appointment), departures before 10. 00. Charges are not included in the price. Electricity and water must also be paid on departure. (1 kw = 0.23 €; 1 m³ = 6.00 €) tax must lt. Kurtaxverordnung be paid extra. In our holiday homes, smoking is prohibited. Please leave the house clean swept.������ Thank you
